When I'm in this part of Vaughan, I typically fuel at the Pioneer gas station diagonally across from this Petro-Canada gas station. Yesterday, I was travelling eastbound along Highway 7. It made sense to make a right turn into this gas station to fuel my car. It seemed popular that all cars with fuel caps on the left side of their vehicles were all facing the convenience store. I followed suit by pulling next to a gas pump that also had diesel fuel. During these times where gas prices are high, I am fortunate that I have accumulated enough Petro-Points to redeem them towards fuel savings cards. I inserted my Petro-Points card, followed by my five-cents-off-each-litre fuel savings card, and then paid with my credit card. The gas pump that I used was exceptionally slow fuelling my vehicle. It took a while to kick-start it, and then it was slow starting up. I spent longer than expected fuelling, to the point where the guy behind me waiting for diesel (I'm guessing) became impatient and left. At least I could fuel hands-free, so it wasn't as painful as it could have been. The garbage bin behind this gas pump was full. I luckily had to throw out a paper wrapper that I took off a paper straw, so that fit! I got my receipt after my car was done fuelling. I then headed into the convenience store to check it out. There was a guy restocking drinks in the fridge. There were boxes everywhere. I actually had to move a cardboard box to get to the Canada Dry zero-sugar strawberry lemonade drinks. Two of them were going for $5. I got a nice woman at the counter. It took a couple of tries to get my Petro-Points card to scan. I then tapped my credit card to pay for my drinks. Done! I thanked the woman and left with my drinks. I had one when I got home. I put them in an insulated bag and the drink that I consumed was still cold. I had a good experience. I may need to try a different gas pump to determine if the fuel flows faster or if slow is the norm here. (230)

The wash takes about 5-7 mins per car and does a good job when you can get in but I've been a couple times and the wash has been blocked by pylons or out of service. Roughly five years ago, we moved to our current location, which is on the opposite side of the airport. It takes me longer to get to a gas station these days, should I need to. I like this location. If you have a rental car and are about to head off to the airport, I recommend filling up at this gas station. It's easier and convenient to fill up and head off than using the other station across the street. This station gets busy in the morning, as it is next to the airport valet parking lot. However, I never have an issue finding a pump to fill up my car. Gas prices are still on the high side these days, but it's not as outrageous as it was a month ago. Don't forget to use your Petro Rewards card to earn points towards various purchases, such as bottled water or a gas discount. (222)

This is one of the few gas stations in town that operates one car wash at a time, the glacial pace the line moves at is incredibly frustrating especially once you're trapped in line. It doesn't have the wheel ramp thing here though so that's why I ended up here tonight since my partner's car is super low otherwise I would be washing it the one by Wegz which is a block away from here.

The price of gas is pretty much the same everywhere in Toronto so I wasn't wowed or ticked off with how much my total was. Inside there is a convenience store along with a coffee shop and an A&W. The staff are quite friendly and very professional. I go to another gas station where the uniforms must be purchased at Thug & Co. and gabbing on your phone while serving a customer is acceptable behavior. The employees at this Petro Canada take pride in their place of work and it is extremely clean! I used their washroom before going to work and noticed how clean it was. Petro Canada wont become my new hangout, but I was impressed this morning, which enticed me to write this review. If you're in the area, fill up your gas here and grab a coffee or burger too.
