I put the nozzle back on the pump, and returned into my car. While in the car, I sat for a few minutes on the phone. During that time, the nozzle fell off the holder, smashed off the concrete, then smashed my vehicle. After looking at the holder for the nozzle, I realized there was a crack in the fixture. After bringing this to the claims team, it took a month before they requested I send two estimates which I completed last week. They dodged my calls and follow up emails all week. Finally this morning after following up again, I was able to get through and they NON VERBALLY sent letter documentation which ultimately denys my claim. To make it worse, now in order to receive the security camera footage of my incident, they require I have a subpoena. I wanted to make this public because I am the one to typically come on here and rave about my consumer experience. I also, depending on the circumstance, will hand write letters when employees go above and beyond to make my service seem personalized. This needs to be made public so that this doesn't occur to anyone else moving forward. I own a 2025 Honda Civic Sport Touring Model which I own the title to. had to wash the car once we got back over the border, that was the prime objective, just a bit of…read morecontext, we drove about 4 hours through snow, ice, rain, and all sorts of salt/sand/dirt so when we attempted to cross the border back into Canada, we were told that the license plate on the front of the vehicle was not read-able, we assured that border agent we would take care of that. the first stop after crossing was this car wash. although we had to deal with a line up of cars waiting for wash bays, as this was a very mild day by Canadian winter standards, everyone wanted a crack at washing their vehicle. the wait time was around ten minutes, and five bucks later the car was good as new. my only problem with this location is that there is not a lot of waiting room for cars waiting for bays to free up. other then that, the location is really clean and everything was in operational order. if you are in the area, come and get the car cleaned!
