Took my brand new vehicle in to this location twice. First time was for undercoating. To keep the…read more'warranty' in effect they wanted me to pay a $50 annual fee to inspect the undercoating for any chips or spots where the sealant would have come off. Basically after 4 years of annual inspections I would be paying for another complete undercoating job. When I asked the owner why I had to pay for something that should be covered he started giving me a sales pitch like I was a 16 year old kid with his first car and knowing nothing about nothing. He became argumentative and defensive of their 'warranty' conditions. Second time was for a tiny stone chip repair. There was no crack, only a minor chip. After the 'technician' got finished with the repair it was far worse with not only a large crack filled (that he caused) but now I have about a half-dollar sized area of the windshield that looks like it's concave and nearly impossible to see through. I've had two other accredited glass repair shops as well as three car guys that know vehicles inside and out and each one of them said that the 'technician' did a hack job on the windshield. I will NEVER, and I repeat, NEVER bring my vehicle there again. I will now have to replace the windshield due to their ineptness and lack of skill in repairing auto glass.

I brought my motorcycle here to get painted after someone bumped and dropped it. They gave me a quote which was under $1000, so I didnt bother going through insurance, and the person who dropped my bike paid fully for the damages. After they prepping and priming the damaged body parts they contacted me and told me the matching paint was not available. I had no other choice but to pay out of pocket to get the entire bike painted (roughly a $3000 job). A year later the paint started chipping and peeling, underneath the chipped areas, it was noticeable that there was no primer in some areas. They stated that their paint jobs have a lifetime warranty, however, they put the blame on me saying I tapered with it. Another shop told me it was a poorly done paint job with little to no flexing agent. For those who dont own a six figure vehicle, I do not recommend this place, I will not come back and yes my bike looks like crap now.
