Run by some extremely friendly no-nonsense dudes. Get all your convenience items here - plus hotdogs, taquitos, some other warm eats like that at the oddly named Mexicantown Deli which is just the east side of the store. The mechanic verfied I was ok to drive to work that day and I made an appointment for the next morning and dropped my car off the evening before. On Saturday, the mechanic on duty called with a quote for my check engine light, but had also prepared separate quotes for other issues that needed to be addressed for my car. Initially, this stressed me out -- (even though I also knew these items were issues on my car, but wasn't ready to fix them yet). I asked them if they could email the quotes to me which they did. I went online and I ran over to the reviews before approving any of the repairs and saw a 5 star review from a neighbor that is the kind of person I would imagine would leave a very thorough and honest review of a mechanic. (I had also had great experience at this garage years before, but wasn't sure if it was managed by the same person - it still is). I gave my ok and the parts were ordered and arrived on Monday, my car was completely repaired and ready to go by Tuesday at noon. The mechanic did go over some other questions I had, and I really appreciate the time he took to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I would definitely recommend this garage.!!!

Speedway decided to not do the right thing and cover the damages that their gas nozzle did to my…read morevehicle. Short story, I finish pumping gas. I put the nozzle back on the pump, and returned into my car. While in the car, I sat for a few minutes on the phone. During that time, the nozzle fell off the holder, smashed off the concrete, then smashed my vehicle. After looking at the holder for the nozzle, I realized there was a crack in the fixture. After bringing this to the claims team, it took a month before they requested I send two estimates which I completed last week. They dodged my calls and follow up emails all week. Finally this morning after following up again, I was able to get through and they NON VERBALLY sent letter documentation which ultimately denys my claim. To make it worse, now in order to receive the security camera footage of my incident, they require I have a subpoena. I wanted to make this public because I am the one to typically come on here and rave about my consumer experience. I also, depending on the circumstance, will hand write letters when employees go above and beyond to make my service seem personalized. This needs to be made public so that this doesn't occur to anyone else moving forward. I own a 2025 Honda Civic Sport Touring Model which I own the title to. Ironic my emails required attachments, but the fixture shows detachment... This is how the Speedway umbrella dodges financial accountability for faulty pumps.
