DO NOT go here, even just to use the washroom. I was in the area waiting for my car to get fixed and had to use the washroom badly. I went in to inquire about needing a key. They said I didn't need one so I went out around back and it was locked so I waited and waited, waited, and I waited more. I decided to go to the Chevron to use theirs. As I was gong I turned back and saw who I thought was one of them coming out of the washroom so I went back. When he saw me coming, he shut the door which I thought was odd (keep in mind there was NO mention of a time out button to open the washroom). I went to the other station and theirs was out of order and came back. The door was still locked so I waited again. I finally went in and told them the door had been locked for a very long time (still no mention of a time out open the door button). I mentioned that I had seen someone coming out and that I thought it was one of the staff but not sure. Instead of explaining about the button to let me in, they got extremely angry with me yelling and accusing me of treating them badly. Said I could use the washroom but to never come back. I went out and it was locked. I told them it was locked and he said rudely. "someone is in there". Then I explained that I just was wondering why he didn't let me in the washroom" They got really rude with me, saying things like "you watch too much TV" and "I'm having fun right now". Then he said "you can use the washroom now. I did and left in tears, feeling completely discriminated against not to mention GASLIT!! I beg you to avoid this rude upsetting place. Brutally Lazy Car wash attendant. I specifically asked him to spray the car well as there was bird s#*t and debris on it, he nodded that he understood, waved my vehicle in and sprayed only the drivers side of the car while I was rolling in - came out with much of the same filth on the car especially the rear. for $15 this is really inadequate. A 12 year old with a garden hose could have done a better job. I'd give it a zero stars if that was possible. read more

I had awful experience in this gas station. On 28-10-2023 I spent $84 on scratch& win tickets and when I asked for my petro points to be added to my app,the clerk went nuts. He started giving me a life threats,swearing at me ,telling me that I'm not allowed to come at that station anymore. I'm warning all adult and vulnerable people to avoid this spot.Maybe I should consider taking to VPD. For 30 years living in Canada I never had a such a experience. read more

Second time I've gone for gas in the last month and second time they don't accept credit cards or debit at the pump. The staff person had zero customer service skills. Billed me for top level (gold??) pricing without asking what I wanted. Pump still said I had to go back in. Went back in and said I wanted the lower level (silver??) ..regardless the pump still said I had to go back in. Brutal service. Gas pumps don't work. Go to Chevron at 3rd and burrard! read more

I often buy my gas at Petro Canada and see it as a trustworthy brand. Unfortunately I had a negative experience and have heard of some complaints regarding this particular gas station. I was asked on a loud speaker when I was about to leave if I wanted a "special price" on a car wash. I wasn't going to get get one, but I went inside to see how much it would cost. Apparently you have to pay cash for the "special price". Very strange... I was the first car in line which meant that I drove by any faded instructional signs on what to do or not to do with this car wash. I informed the attendant that I hadn't been to one of these car washes in a long time and asked what to do. He explained that the only thing I need to do was put it in neutral and that he would like another two dollars cash to do my rims (also very odd). There was no instruction of putting my antenna down and no opportunity to view further faded signage. End of the day my antenna is ripped off and I also feel like I'm a product of a scam. I have a conversation with the manager over the phone that says the machine is broken and that's why a receipt couldn't be produced and then miraculously a receipt is produced at the end of the call. In addition, the manager said that they charge three dollars to do the rims... hey, now this guy asked my for two dollars... perhaps you should get your story straight. The manager had an opportunity to make a negative situation a positive, but was too short sighted in protecting whatever is going on at his gas station. All in all a negative experience and a distrust in the Petro Canada brand. read more

Not my fav at all; tight to turn to either aisle of gas pumps, plus the washroom is outside around the corner so u'll have to go inside and ask for the key. And one can forget about the side entrance on Cypress on a one way street heading south...plus watch out for cyclists. which leaves w.4th as the only viable exit out. read more

The worst petrol Station I visited in 43 countries! This is a shame for Petro-Canada! I ordered a car wash with wax, but I got one without wax. The three employees were misogynistic and rude with their gestures. Such behavior would not have allowed to be in Canada ! Such a behavior and decency and fraud is a cultural nation not worthy ! I am surprised that the authorities close their eyes to it ! This is a bad image for Vancouver and Canada. No rules, no morality, no ethic, no political correctness...... the wild rude west..... The car wash here destroyed the paint on my truck. The drivers side door had several deep s shaped scratches on the door. The passenger side had the paint taken off a three foot length of the body on a hard corner running along the body. Don't wash your car here. read more

Distracted clerk, overcharging, and ALIGNMENT ISSUES from the car wash! I stopped by for a car wash and when I went into the store to pay for it, the employee was talking on a headset and seemed distracted. He rang up a purchase and gave me a car wash code. I asked for my receipt and saw that he'd charged me for a Philip 20pk of something (that cost a little more than the car wash). I asked for a refund for the difference and he acted like it was a big inconvenience. At least he hung up his phone call to process the refund! He gave me a small discount on the car wash, making sure to tell me more than once that he was giving me a discount. When I went in to the car wash, he changed places with the other employee so that he was the one who guided me into the wash. He seemed distracted again (talking into his headset again) and wasn't looking where my tires were. In the wash, my car was in neutral and the steering wheel seemed to be moving WAY more than normal. There was a clunk and my car stopped moving, then another clunk and it jumped back into movement. It felt like it wasn't lined up on the track. When I put my car in "Drive" when the wash was done, it felt like the steering alignment was/is off. Now I have to take my car to a mechanic. I will NOT go back and I definitely will NOT recommend this place to anyone. My advice: STAY AWAY! read more

Gas is gas and there isn't much of a difference in that area. But the service here is not good. We purchased a car wash but we're not happy with the drying of their machine. After expressing our displeasure with the experience the staff people first blamed me then said nothing was wrong- just the way the wind was blowing. After calling the owner because the attendant was not professional and was rude - I experienced a rude owner who was more concerned about money than a happy customer. They have lost a customer and I won't go back. read more

I came here back in June on job site to fill company car with gas 64.70 L @ $1.43/L. I am just finding the receipt now as I am doing year end accounting, hence the mutiple random reviews for gas stations the closer it is to documenting expenses for year end. Gas only was purchased. It is alright place for buying petrol when travelling east on West 4th as it easier to enter and exit that way. Never had the problems that others complain about but never use car wash. Also, rarely go inside to cashier but did once and they try to upsell the car wash. There is better car wash elsewhere. Wish they change the water for washing windows more frequently, always dirty. Only reason to come here is to use petro points to get discount on petrol. The petro canada on burrard is better if driving from downtown. read more

I went here to get the salt washed off my undercarriage. I spent $12 and got the deluxe wash. They assured me it sprayed the underside. Once I was home I crawled under it and there was salt everywhere. Total waste of time and money. read more

I have a 2007 Honda Odyssey minivan that I took through the car wash at this location. The rotating car wash mops ripped the rear windshield wiper right off of the car. I went inside to have the damage documented. The cashier said that he would have the owner call me. I have gone back to the location twice to request that the owner get in touch with me (the owner is off site). It has been 3 months since the incident ~ no call from the owner as of yet. read more

I hadn't had a car wash here in about 6 months and went this morning. There was no one in line so I expected it to be quick. There was a special on where if you bought 2 Washes you would get 5cents off the gas, so I bought 2 "The Works" washes. I didn't get 2 tickets for the 2 washes so I went inside to ask the attendant. They said that the one ticket was good for 2 washes so I went back to the car and drove up to the carwash. The attendant slowly made his way out of the office, all the while talking on his cellphone, pushed a button and my car started through the carwash. I was concerned - they have always taken the brush around the car to get off any bird poop, marks, etc, including the side mirrors, even with the cheapest Basics wash. And there was very visible bird poop spatter all over the back of the car. The drying was terrible, with the right side vent crashing on the back of my car, and the dryers did NOT dry the car. I checked and there was still lots of visible bird poop on the car after being through this enhanced wash. I went back into the office and yelled at the attendants to do it properly and get off the phone this time and do their job. He came out and just did the powerhose and I had to show him how to use the brush on the side mirrors. I went through the wash again and still had a wet car, half dried front window (not dried at all on the Right side of the front window) and again had the right side vent crashing on the back of my car. This place is terrible, I can't believe I wasted my money on getting 2 washes because I don't want to go back. Avoid this place for car washes - indifferent service, poorly adjusted equipment and a waste of money. Another customer buying gas heard me and said that he wouldn't use them anymore for car washes because he had nothing but bad washes in the past. Less than one star. Brutal customer service. The clerk inside sold me a car wash after watching me fill my car up with gas. When I got to the car wash the second clerk tells me that I cannot get my car washed here because I have a rooftop box. I note that the height restriction says 2.2 meters, which is well above the top of the Thule. He says it doesn't matter and I 'must read the sign'! Totally illogical. I had to pull out of the line through a gate he opened into the alley and drive around to get my money back. The clerk continued to berate me inside about how I should have known. Extremely bizarre experience. I live in the neighborhood but will never ever go back here. went there for a cash wash. i asked the car wash attendant as i drove up to the car wash if i needed to remove my antenna - he waved his hand and shook his head no, then guided me into the car wash. when i drove out of the wash my antenna was missing; the car wash ripped it off and broke my antenna and the base it sits on. after complaining to the cashier and then calling the manager Dave the response i was offered was: you shouldn't listen to the car wash attendant there was a sign there which you should have seen, and we wont help you, even though the car wash attendant admitted he said it would be fine.
