Other than these two facts, this station really tanked (no pun intended). The gal working the counter could not have been any slower in serving customers if she tried. Despite the long line of people waiting to be helped (and the line was ever growing, too), this lady was SO slow, as if she was moving in slow motion at times, and acted....numbed in her affectation to customers. Like, she didn't care to be there, and she didn't care who knew it. It was if it was a major endeavor to take the bills from each customer and slowly, ever so slowly, check each one out, arrange them in order in some way (turning some to face upwards), and then slowly put each one in the till. And the line of customers was getting longer and longer. Didn't matter. The place could be on fire and this lady would be slowly arranging the dollar bills..... Argh. Finally it was my turn at the counter. I asked to put "x" amount of gas in my car and informed her which pump I was at. And since there were posted signs everywhere advertising a few candy bar with fill-up, I also brought a candy bar with me. She said the candy was only free with 30L fill up. I asked if $35 of gas would qualify, and she said she didn't know, I'd have to fill up my car and come back with the receipt (waiting in this crazy slow line again? WTH?). What kind of half-ass promotion is this? (I decided to forget about this "free" chocolate bar. I probably don't need it, anyhow. Still, the principal of the matter irks me....). Horrible customer service and horrible "promotional" advertising.

As I was gong I turned back and saw who I thought was one of them coming out of the washroom so I went back. When he saw me coming, he shut the door which I thought was odd (keep in mind there was NO mention of a time out button to open the washroom). I went to the other station and theirs was out of order and came back. The door was still locked so I waited again. I finally went in and told them the door had been locked for a very long time (still no mention of a time out open the door button). I mentioned that I had seen someone coming out and that I thought it was one of the staff but not sure. Instead of explaining about the button to let me in, they got extremely angry with me yelling and accusing me of treating them badly. Said I could use the washroom but to never come back. I went out and it was locked. I told them it was locked and he said rudely. "someone is in there". Then I explained that I just was wondering why he didn't let me in the washroom" They got really rude with me, saying things like "you watch too much TV" and "I'm having fun right now". Then he said "you can use the washroom now. I did and left in tears, feeling completely discriminated against not to mention GASLIT!! I beg you to avoid this rude upsetting place. If I could post 0 stars or negative 5 plus stars I would.

This is my go-to station when I'm in Vancouver West because it has the holiest of pumps ever - my much needed Diesel. That's right - I've got one of those fuel efficient VWs that runs on diesel. Luckily I fill up infrequently, unluckily there's only a few choices for diesel in Vancouver. And conveniently, if you have a concurrent need for fried chicken, you'll find it here! Nothing memorable ever happens here and I hope it stays this way. Pay at the pump, get a nod from a guy filling up his behemoth of a truck and you're on your way! Meep meep (oh that's my car, she's just excited to have recently been washed and been given a fill up.) PS. Way way back in the day (as in my first paying job) I was a gas jockey. Lately though, I'm starting to reassess where we're at. Now, don't get me wrong. You've always been easy; conveniently located right off the highway that I drive down to get just about anywhere. You're open 24 hours, which is a rarity in this neck of the woods. Plus you have that really nice dude working there who likes to pet the dogs & give them treats. But now, I'm moving. Our imminent separation has given me the opportunity to really take a good hard look at your offerings. WestChev, I'm gonna level with you. All too often, you're out of the premium grades of gasoline. With no sign on the pump! Now this may not seem like a big deal to you, but my car likes the expensive crap. Most importantly (and you may want to sit down for this) your pumps are incredibly slow. It's like my car is coupling with a sloth. Pick up the speed, man, we've all got things to do! Finally, your snack selection is the pits. I may see you from time to time, you know, if I'm in the neighborhood. But for now, we're done.

The sign turned out to be a piece of paper smaller than a business card. She was not polite during any of this. I finally did the scan and went back in line for the car wash. Turns out it's no longer touchless. They replaced it in January. There were no signs. Inside the wash, the signs were unclear as well. No doors to open and close to give you a clue. I didn't know the wash was over so it started soaping my car again. I left with soap over much of my car and had to go home and wash it off with a garden hose. At least the lady behind the counter gave me a coupon for a free wash.

The lot this station is on is crammed a bit too tight for the number of pumps they have, so you'll often see people waiting in line when there's a pump free because they can't get to it. If there's any kind of line here, I'll skip this station and go to the next one since lines can take a really long time to clear here even when there are only a few cars in line.

Good thing that there were no line up. The issue is that it is not easy to get to this gas station if you are heading south. Well I was heading west so I managed to drive into the station. No line up. Gas as 209.9 everywhere and it was 207.9. Plus I have a CIBC credit so I get 2.5 cents off. So it was 205.4 for me. Gas has gotten so expensive.
