She was also very knowledgeable and not bothered by my asking a million questions. I am a kitty lover through and through. But, in this situation, I feel like they could be a safety hazard. Everything seemed fine aside from the $100 bill which I find to be astronomical especially considering I found a lovely new place/groomer for a FRACTION of the cost. When I brought my dog home I notice his eye was completely filled with blood. He was completely normal with zero issues when I dropped him off. I called to ask what happened and they had no response. They said everything was fine and they don't know what happened! It was unprofessional and lack any empathy as if I was the problem. Never going back. My new girl is wonderful and kind and calls me before she does anything to ensure I'm okay with it. It's a shame what B&B does.
