Fancy Pants Pet Salon…read more 0 my heart is broken...disgusting Racist people!!!! I took Einstein to Fancy Pants today for his first grooming appointment and all I asked them to do was shampoo blow dry, clip the hairs from his butt so his poop wouldn't stick to his hair and clean around his eyes. I specifically said do not cut his hair down because the kids love it when he runs in his hair flops in the wind. When I arrived all of his hair was cut off. I expressed my disappointment and requested a refund just then all their customer service went downhill from there. They refused to refund me and accuse me of being a bad Pet owner. One lady said it's just a dog his hair will grow back. Another lady told me I should brush him and take better care of him. The cashier said I should groom him myself ...Wow! I would've never expected to be treated like this, all because of an $80 refund. They could have offered a partial refund or discount on future services instead they Insulted me one by one as they stood behind the counter and laughed. Einstein was a beautifully full haired Maltese very well kept and today he became what they wanted him to be versus what I paid for. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

She then told me she doesn't use that ( her words not verbadum). Only shampoo that enhanced her natural colors. Her attitude on that day was not good. Going to her is like going to the Soup Nazi on Seinfeld. She does great work. Don't forget to tip. Always takes 2-3 hours. Stella is a nervous dog. I don't blame her for how long it takes. 70 pounds of pure love and I can't let her go through that anymore. So, she has a Mom bath/haircut.

What can you say about a mobile Grooming Service that comes to you? Fantastic Idea!!! That's what…read moreyou can say. This service was recommended to me, and will be the only service I will use. I have a new puppy who needed his first haircut. Stacy came out and treated my little guy like he was a Prince or King! He was so happy and proud to be all clean and trimmed up. He looks like a million bucks! He was washed, haircut, nails trimmed, and his ears were cleaned. Stacy came right to the front door, picked up my pup, and finished with him in under one hour. Worth every penny for this kind of door to door service. We will use them again very soon. Contact Jodi Larson the owner, at (262) 894-1803 for an appointment. New dogs get discount for their first time using the service. Call now! Your dog will be happy you did.
