These gals are the absolute best. I've worked with them all weekdays through the month of August…read moreand they work so hard. I live in Cudahy and they came to pick my dog in the mornings and dropped him in the afternoons. They've taken my dog to dog parks, various trails, beaches, state parks, and they send pictures and videos to let you know your fluffy friend is happy. They care about where they take your dog too, so if it's super hot out they find a place to cool off for the day while still exercising your doggo. If it rained out, they check the pH levels of the beach to make sure it's safe and will avoid if it's not. They're timely with pick ups and drop offs too, and their super trust worthy; in fact I gave them the key to my house and they were nice enough to feed/water my pup and gave him a treat before they left. To cap things off they're some of the kindest people I've ever met. If you need someone to watch your little tail wagging friend, call these gals. The price is fair, the service is awesome, and I would recommend them to everyone. No regrets.

My pupper (Agent Mulder) is not a morning dog and will usually hide under the bed if we try to get him to go anywhere too early -- but when he hears "daycare" he comes running, ready to go. By the time he gets home he's exhausted, which is exactly what I want. Another great reason we chose Playtime is because they're so flexible about when we can drop off and pick him up. They didn't tell us to pick certain days/times to bring him in, which is great because my wife and I have chaotic schedules. When either of us are fed up with our wild boy, we can just drop him off for a while and know he'll come back chill. The staff members are also fantastic and have more patience than I could ever ask for. I can barely handle my dog some days, yet they handle him AND dozens of others. I've tried about 5 other daycares and this one hands down takes the prize. Truly awesome place!

He also doesn't mind spending the night there either! He comes home tired from running around with the other pups all day--well worth it! He also loves to partake in their enrichments that are offered! He's typically an anxious pup who tends to be shy around new people and new animals, but sending him here has done wonders for his socialization and separation anxiety! He literally ran in the door the last time I brought him and could've cared less about me--he was too excited to see and play with all his friends. ALL staff is friendly and they all welcome him excitedly and know him by name. They are extremely accommodating and seem genuinely excited to see our guy when we bring him! Online booking was super easy. The pet app makes storing all of Chloe's info so easy. Due to Chloe's positive FeLV status, we were guided to a room right away. Chloe loved exploring and particularly liked the window. The vet and staff gave her a churu while examining her. She happily accepted the distraction. They ushered her away for her vaccines, microchipping and nail clipping. The vet was very pleased with her appearance. I loved that they take first visit pictures. We also paid in our room due to keeping Chloe in her room. The waiting area is spacious with restrooms and bottled water available.

Her nails were still ridiculously long after her "trim." Because of this, I tried a different groomer this month. We went today, and I was told her ears were really dirty. In addition, the parking lot is a nightmare. I can't speak to their other services, but definitely will not be back.
