It's as if no notes are logged. We are told that we would get a call back and no one calls. It's frustrating especially when you speak to someone about it and all they do is try to speak over you. I live in Cudahy and they came to pick my dog in the mornings and dropped him in the afternoons. They've taken my dog to dog parks, various trails, beaches, state parks, and they send pictures and videos to let you know your fluffy friend is happy. They care about where they take your dog too, so if it's super hot out they find a place to cool off for the day while still exercising your doggo. If it rained out, they check the pH levels of the beach to make sure it's safe and will avoid if it's not. They're timely with pick ups and drop offs too, and their super trust worthy; in fact I gave them the key to my house and they were nice enough to feed/water my pup and gave him a treat before they left. To cap things off they're some of the kindest people I've ever met. If you need someone to watch your little tail wagging friend, call these gals. The price is fair, the service is awesome, and I would recommend them to everyone. No regrets.

It's truly evident that she loves what she does and knows what she's doing. She comes 4 days a week for 30 min per day to walk, feed and give lots of loving to our 7 mo old pup Heidi. She goes above and beyond working on leash manners and commands. Lots of indoor brain games when the weather is bad. You can also count on her to notify you immediately if anything is amiss. We are truly grateful to have her!

When I met the owner about my dogs needs and needing to get to know who is taking care of him, the impression I was left with was that would not be an issue. I scheduled walks so my dog could meet the caretaker. That was going well so when I booked my long trip, I was surprised to see 3 different people were assigned to care for him. I made my expectations clear and it seemed doable until actually game time. Also, didn't feel like bothering to see if things could be arranged for 1 caretaker since I couldn't get ahold of anyone. I am cancelling my scheduled requestes. The one caretaker was good.
