The groomer said his eye was scratched already, which was a lie. I told the owner, With whom i met later, to check his surveillance camera from when i dropped my dog off. He apologized for the job, Said was a new groomer who had "some" classes in grooming. I don't believe a person with ANY training could do what was done to my dog. Jacob, the owner credited me back the money for this haircut, but nothing extra. He later said he fired the groomer... but never took responsibility for allowing this to happen.

It's as if no notes are logged. We are told that we would get a call back and no one calls. It's frustrating especially when you speak to someone about it and all they do is try to speak over you. After taking our deeply loved dog here for nearly 5 years, he unfortunately passed away. Prior to this or being aware of his illness, we took him here while he wasn't feeling well. We NEVER had a follow up call to see how he was feeling, we NEVER received a call to review his bloodwork which was the first sign of concern, and we received snarky comments specially from Nancy Lindner while we took our poor dog there who was already sick and causing more undo stress by unnecessarily clipping his nail and making him bleed, while already not feeling well. Lastly, as our dogs primary veterinarian, we NEVER received a call after they were made aware he passed away. No phone, no card, nothing....Just an automatic cancelation of his follow up appointment. Extremely disappointing and disheartening, especially as our family dogs primary veterinarian. The ironic part is we received a card and follow up calls from the urgent care and the hospital we took him to only once. Please avoid this location and I regret ever choosing this vet as her primary care location. Hopefully those that were actually kind to our dog that are there will find a new location.

I live in Cudahy and they came to pick my dog in the mornings and dropped him in the afternoons. They've taken my dog to dog parks, various trails, beaches, state parks, and they send pictures and videos to let you know your fluffy friend is happy. They care about where they take your dog too, so if it's super hot out they find a place to cool off for the day while still exercising your doggo. If it rained out, they check the pH levels of the beach to make sure it's safe and will avoid if it's not. They're timely with pick ups and drop offs too, and their super trust worthy; in fact I gave them the key to my house and they were nice enough to feed/water my pup and gave him a treat before they left. To cap things off they're some of the kindest people I've ever met. If you need someone to watch your little tail wagging friend, call these gals. The price is fair, the service is awesome, and I would recommend them to everyone. No regrets.
