We are so incredibly happy with this group of people! The thought of leaving our sweet Clyde home was devastating but we quickly learned how great it is to have MPS come to our house and care for our little guy while we work. Kate is our regular walker, and so far we've had Liz and Karla help out too. We are so pleased and get so excited waiting for emails to hear how our puppy did and see the great pictures they take! I went out of town for 8 days, and had Liz come over to watch my dog Stella and she did a phenomenal job. I had her do 2 bathroom breaks and 1 vacation visit per day - after each visit I received an email with a summary of what they did, how Stella was doing, whether she ate/went potty etc, along with several pictures! These daily updates really gave me peace of mind that my dog was happy/ doing well while we were gone. Liz also went above and beyond by bringing over snow "booties" & a coat for Stella after she noticed Stella kept stopping on their walks because snow was getting stuck in her paws. Liz wanted to make sure Stella got her exercise so she could rest at night so after she brought the boots & coat she was then able to walk the full hour with her (with negative 5 degree wind chills) Lastly, I returned home with my apartment looking spotless. We had gotten several feet of snow while we were gone, so I was expecting to see salty paw prints/ a dirty floor when I got home. Liz wiped everything down and I returned to a clean apartment!! I am active duty military and travel quite a bit for work. Jessica and her team are great with adapting to my complex and busy schedule. I have no problems scheduling visits with the online service and I normally receive a quick response via email or text message. They completely understand the needs of my pet and are nothing but kind, considerate and accommodating. I thoroughly enjoy receiving daily text messages of what my pet was up to that day, on a walk, sniffing flowers outside, cuddling on the couch, or being lazy. Jess is awesome! I recently moved from Boston to Milwaukee and was worried sick about what I would do with my two cats when I went home. We have used Jess twice now and she has been amazing. With two complicated cats to feed (complete with 2 types of food and automatic feeders) Jess has exceeded all expectations. Although I miss them while i'm away she is extremely dependable and I can always count on a daily Facebook picture of my kitties. The services fees are fair and reasonably priced. I have nothing but good to say about Jessica and her team. You can truly tell that they love what they do. My puppy, Winston, stays with Brendan when we go out of town. From the moment we met Brendan we knew he would be a good fit for Winston. Brendan makes sure to send me text updates and pictures each day that Winston is with him. He's been very flexible with pickup and drop off times. Jessica came by and did a visit when my boyfriend and I were at a Packer game and she not only sent me a text and pictures, but she also left me a handwritten note letting me know how he was. Milwaukee Pet Services is awesome and it makes us so happy to have someone we can count on and trust to take care of our little pup. Milwaukee Pet Services is great because you have one person mainly taking care of your pet but you are also dealing with a professional organization with online payment and scheduling, etc. Brendan takes the best care of our dog, and sends us pictures/texts for every visit so we know that our pup is being taken care of wherever we are. We also board him with Brendan when we go out of town and its great to leave him in a happy home we trust and can communicate with rather than a kennel somewhere. We used Milwaukee Pet Services for the first time this past weekend and loved it! Staci and Liz did vacation visits with our dog over the course of a long weekend. He can be standoffish with new people and we've had some issues in the past with him being scared of previous walkers but we got great reports back! It was so comforting to see notes and pictures posted online after each visit while we were away. Also our dog was completely comfortable and didn't seem stressed at all when we returned, which used to happen when boarding him. We will definitely keep using Milwaukee Pet Services! read more

We have an older cat and it is very comforting to have someone stop in and see her every day. The crew is reliable and on time, taking care of more than our cat. They also grab the mail and will dispose of the liter in the garbage can (alley). The pics are the best assurance that our little one is taking care of. read more

In order to respond to Jessica's response I need to edit my response on yelp. So I will respond to Jessica first and keep my original email below for you to refer to. As can be seen from my profile I am currently in NJ and am in the process of moving to WI, hence my need to secure a pet sitter. There is NO WAY that other pet services in WI would have worked with me at all. I am amazed that instead of apologizing and providing a reason for the delay, Jessica would rather fabricate a story for fear of losing her 5* image (which is completely false). Even if it were true and I was a complete pain to work with, why wouldn't Jessica take the professional route and at least have the courtesy to inform me directly? Unprofessional and no courage. Complete shame. ORIGINAL EMAIL "After reading the fantastic reviews, I decided to call Milwaukee Pet Services main contact number and left a message with my contact information requesting a call back. So happy to hear an answer message stating that my call would be returned the same business day. Didn't hear back that day, so called the next day and left a message. Sadly, didn't hear back again. Then called Jessica the following day on her direct line and left a message explaining that I was interested in her pet servicing services and have not been able to reach anyone for 3 days. Now it's 5 days since my first attempt and no response .....I'm now wondering whether the 5* reviews were left by the owners themselves?!! read more

Used MPS for the first time this past weekend. This was our first time ever using a pet service and we could not be happier! We scheduled a 30min walk while we were spending a day visiting family out of state. We received an email with a link to an update on how the walk went with photos of our clearly happy pups. Our two hound dogs can be a handful on walks but MPS was clearly patient and experienced to love our babies just as much as we do. Jessica and her team are wonderful. Liz, who we work with, wiped the dog's paws free of winter salt after the walk and even put their sweaters on for the quick walk since it was a freezing day outside. My husband and I were joking that she probably took better care of our pups than we do!! They seemed spoiled and we loved it. We have a 10-day vacation in the future and are feeling so much relief after having such a great first experience with MPS. We highly recommend trying them out! read more
