My dog was able to wander in the grooming area after he was all done, and he came out happy as can be!! He smelled clean, looked clean, his nails were great, and his toes were groomed nicely. They evened out his leg fur after our at home try, and he looked so much better! The staff was caring, attentive, and I will definitely be making another appointment for my pup again.

I wondered if he had spent too much time in a cage there. Well i took him for a grooming (minor trim) and he came home so cute. The next full groom I took him there, and was shocked when i picked him up. He was butchered. He had a scratched eye which took days to heal. The groomer said his eye was scratched already, which was a lie. I told the owner, With whom i met later, to check his surveillance camera from when i dropped my dog off. He apologized for the job, Said was a new groomer who had "some" classes in grooming. I don't believe a person with ANY training could do what was done to my dog. Jacob, the owner credited me back the money for this haircut, but nothing extra. He later said he fired the groomer... but never took responsibility for allowing this to happen.
