Extremely Disappointing Experience at Vanity Fur I had a…read morevery unpleasant experience at Vanity Fur. I arrived 10 minutes early for my grooming appointment and was shocked by how I was treated. Instead of a simple hello, I was abruptly told--in a confrontational and unfriendly tone--to leave and come back at my scheduled time. No greeting, no professionalism, just rudeness. the opposite of customer service! The employee who spoke to me was sitting on the curb outside the business when I arrived. It was clear I had interrupted her break, but that's no excuse for the tone and attitude I received. Her lack of customer service and basic courtesy was unacceptable. Vanity Fur is in the service industry, and treating customers this way is completely inappropriate. I was genuinely shocked by the interaction and will not be returning. I do not recommend this place to anyone who values respectful and professional service.

Her nails were still ridiculously long after her "trim." Because of this, I tried a different groomer this month. We went today, and I was told her ears were really dirty. I don't understand why her ears would be dirty when she doesn't roll around in anything. If they had cleaned her ears properly last month, they wouldn't have been "really dirty" this month. In addition, the parking lot is a nightmare. I can't speak to their other services, but definitely will not be back.

Fancy Pants Pet Salon…read more 0 my heart is broken...disgusting Racist people!!!! I took Einstein to Fancy Pants today for his first grooming appointment and all I asked them to do was shampoo blow dry, clip the hairs from his butt so his poop wouldn't stick to his hair and clean around his eyes. I specifically said do not cut his hair down because the kids love it when he runs in his hair flops in the wind. When I arrived all of his hair was cut off. I expressed my disappointment and requested a refund just then all their customer service went downhill from there. They refused to refund me and accuse me of being a bad Pet owner. One lady said it's just a dog his hair will grow back. Another lady told me I should brush him and take better care of him. The cashier said I should groom him myself ...Wow! I would've never expected to be treated like this, all because of an $80 refund. They could have offered a partial refund or discount on future services instead they Insulted me one by one as they stood behind the counter and laughed. Einstein was a beautifully full haired Maltese very well kept and today he became what they wanted him to be versus what I paid for. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!
