The owner was able to accommodate us immediately after my inquiry . She was taken back on time and I was able to pick her up on time. My pup loves other dogs so I like the fact that it is a kennel-free groomer. Nothing matters more to me than kindness to my family members, that includes my pups.

And you see them struggle with a new situation. But after their first visit, you see them become more comfortable with their paws being touched and ears being looked at. And after a few more visits, they love their groomer and happily trot back with them! It's fantastic to see our dogs each learn to trust the experience and the groomer. To me, it means that when I'm away and they're being groomed, each dog has been treated with respect and handled with care. My dogs have all been large, and if they didn't want to go back with the groomer, they'd let you know my refusing to budge. Erin has handled our poofy Great Pyrenees and his immense coat with the same detail and expertise that she has given to our sleek Black Lab mix who has anxiety and dry skin. We also have a Komondor mix that she has helped with since he was a puppy ; helping to keep his nails, ears, and sanitary areas tidy while I do the work of creating his cords at home. They have been so understanding about his unique coat and we couldn't be happier! I appreciate their expertise and will keep going for all our needs!

Fancy Pants Pet Salon…read more 0 my heart is broken...disgusting Racist people!!!! I took Einstein to Fancy Pants today for his first grooming appointment and all I asked them to do was shampoo blow dry, clip the hairs from his butt so his poop wouldn't stick to his hair and clean around his eyes. I specifically said do not cut his hair down because the kids love it when he runs in his hair flops in the wind. When I arrived all of his hair was cut off. I expressed my disappointment and requested a refund just then all their customer service went downhill from there. They refused to refund me and accuse me of being a bad Pet owner. One lady said it's just a dog his hair will grow back. Another lady told me I should brush him and take better care of him. The cashier said I should groom him myself ...Wow! I would've never expected to be treated like this, all because of an $80 refund. They could have offered a partial refund or discount on future services instead they Insulted me one by one as they stood behind the counter and laughed. Einstein was a beautifully full haired Maltese very well kept and today he became what they wanted him to be versus what I paid for. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

I went and handed my pooch over for the trim. Took about 5 min and they did a great job! Didn't cut the quick at all, which is an issue I've had with previous dogs at other groomers.
