I ended up corresponding with this store via Facebook and phone, and all of their customer service representatives were extremely helpful. Although they didn't carry the brand I was looking for, they were able to order it for me and have it within the week. They also recommended other brands that may work, and offered for me to return it in case my cat didn't end up liking it. I'm really impressed with this store, and don't think I'll ever stop in a mainstream pet store again! Also, another note, they carry a lot more than just cat food. The store is actually quite big inside, and they have all variety of pet toys and supplies.

One of the things I appreciate most is her flexibility. She has even picked up my dogs from my house and dropped them back off, all while I wasn't home. When I take them in myself, they never have to stay long--she gets them done quickly, and I bring them back home smelling clean and looking beautifully groomed. Olivia also did an amazing job with my two cats, who had never been groomed or bathed before. She handled them with care and made the whole process stress-free. The dogs always smell great and look handsome when they are done. They only take a couple dogs at a time (at the most) and are prompt with pickup calls. I never have to worry that my dog is waiting in a kennel for long periods of time before, during or after grooming. Every time I come for pickup they are hanging out in the main area with the staff, happy as can be. Tidy tails has saved us during multiple skunk escapades and a disastrous run in with half the forests burrs (on our long haired old man).

For reference, I used to attend Kent State University so that is why my dog visits Memorial Animal Hospital as his regular vet (who this place is ran with and I believe your pet does have to be a patient with to utilize this boarding service- I could be wrong on that last part though). They are great there so I never bothered switching to something closer. Bed and Biscuit requires all main vaccinations as well as flea prevention so I know he won't be picking anything up from his stay. They also offer blankets and relaxing spray for stressed pups. They also provide food free of charge for the duration of stay, but I prefer to bring his own but it's still a nice accommodation! My dog has pretty bad separation anxiety and this place knows just how to handle him- let's just say things didn't go so great for him on the first day! They moved him to a larger kennel space without charging me just he could be more comfortable!!! They also gave him his favorite moderation snack- cheese!! Treats are the way to his heart so it made me happy they did their best to make this a comfortable and pleasant stay for him. Having a dog that doesn't do separation well is pretty difficult to manage at first, but by the end of his stay he was a happy pup and was clearly well taken care of. It's always easy to drop off/ pick up and their rates are really good. My pup has been here twice now and is scheduled to be there again next month. I always worry about the safety of my pup when I'm not around but I can relax when I'm out of town knowing he is well taken care of here.
