The photos with this post are from the subsequent scope we had done from when we had the sewer backup. We reached out to Mike and he refused to speak with us or our real estate agent, only forwarding our emails to his lawyer. He was disappointingly unprofessional in his manner, making no attempt to own up to his mistake or admit any error in his work. We're now out thousands to have to replace our line. It's disappointing that he would not own up to his error, only to hide behind his waiver denying any responsibility.
