I had been dragging my feet to fix things until I couldn't put it off any longer, and I'm so lucky that WaterWorks was able to show up on a holiday! I'm feeling very grateful. I'm planning to hire them to install a new claw foot bathtub.

I paid over $550 for a leak repair, but the problem was not fixed. When the plumber returned, they…read moresaid the toilet now had a leak and that replacing it would cost another $600 for the toilet and labor, or $250 discounted rate , if I purchased the toilet myself. The plumber put tape over the hole and placed the toilet over it, with water still in the toilet bowl. Hope no gas fumes come through the hole/opening, which is extremely concerning. I am now having to find another plumber to properly fix the problem. I contacted the owner about the situation, but the owner did not respond. No emergency here. I was also charged an additional 4% for paying by credit card. Visa allows a maximum 3% surcharge under its U.S. rules, so make sure you check the surcharge and your receipt carefully. After spending over $500 and still having an unresolved problem, I would not EVER use this company again. I strongly encourage others to think carefully before hiring them. RUN! Never CALL! Dispatch Lady always has a bad day!

I called EZ Plumbing based on their already positive reviews and I'm glad I did. Everyone from the office dispatcher to our plumber Todd was amazingly kind and helpful. They had a booked schedule already but still managed to squeeze us in due to the emergency nature of the job. Todd finished installing our brand new water heater before dinner time, tested it, made sure we were satisfied, all before departing. He was also very clean and sure that no mess was left behind from the installation. As far as pricing goes they are fair. He explained all the options to us and the price I was quoted was exactly what I paid-no surprises. I will 10/10 call them again for the next plumbing project and will be requesting Todd specifically.

After getting quotes from a handful of companies, as well as looking over reviews of all companies, I'm so glad we chose Ellison Plumbing! Not only do they have outstanding customer service, they won't break the bank like a lot of other places. We will definitely recommend Ellison Plumbing every chance we get, and will absolutely use them again if we have other plumbing issues.
