Cheaper than anywhere else, and told me it would take about 45 minutes ...didn't say anything about that I needed to be there 45 minutes before closing for them to do any of the work. So I ran from st Joe to Gower and back and made it at 5:39 and I told them that I called and was here to get his phone fixed. The rep then told me they couldn't help because they closed in 20 minutes... why wasn't I told this. You go to another store and they allow customers till they actually close. But whatever. I just wasted a 40 drive to not have time to go anywhere else.

I drove over there and by the time I was done paying and chatting with the cashier (about 15 minutes) the battery was installed and I was able to leave! Everyone was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and polite as I hit them with a ton of car-and-car-battery-ignorant questions. The battery is their generic brand with a 6 year warranty (as opposed to the crazy high-tech stuff you'll find online) and that sits just fine with me. I'm sure if I have any trouble they'll replace the battery without a hassle. By the way - the installation was FREE!

After leaving a…read morevery well earned 1 star review on google , I gave them another chance to keep my 20 years of purchasing . First guy I encountered was GREAT, (although he said he's quitting soon, so there's that) but second guy walked in and said "there's Mr One Star Review" and shot me a snide look. I asked him why he felt the need to run his mouth to a customer , he promptly told me off , I stepped outside and let my employee who was with me handle the remainder of the transaction. The second employee proceeded to follow me outside to threaten and intimidate further. Telling me he owned three cars lots and didn't give a F about his job, and he ain't never been knocked out before. Remember, I'm a customer..... I left and called to speak with a manager . Jeff was cool with me while I was angry and venting, and assured me we would have a meeting with the GM to discuss this matter . In fact that was a lie. The battery I was sold was bad, so I returned 3 hours later , only to be met by Jeff ( who has always been the nicest most chill laid back guy , until today) who had the shíttest attitude with me over what HIS worker created and refunded my money instead of exchanging my battery and told me we wouldn't be doing anymore business in the future. All with unwarranted condescending attitude. Alls well, 20 years of loyal purchasing for myself and my customers , not worth a damn to your company . Your fat lazy mouthy employee needs fired, Jeff needs to retire , and the whole damned place needs a new crew. And Advance had the same battery 23$ cheaper , delivered to me, with none of the hostile BS ...

They could have replaced the screen and I wouldn't have known better. Today I went in for a new battery for my car fob. No charge, but if he was dishonest he could have charged me without knowing. This is why we buy all of our batteries here‼
