Main issue is I was not told before hand that if it was not covered under warranty I would be charged over 200$ for a diagnostic. This is something I would think is extremely important to cover before performing the service.Especially when the customer specifically asks if the service would be covered under the warranty. When asked if replacing parts without authorization or without knowing the cause of the problem was standard practice they had no answer. Told them I was coming to pick up my car and I would take it elsewhere. When I arrived I was told it would be a few minutes because they had to jump the car. Drove the car home and it hasn't started since. Wasn't a problem before. Had to tow the car to the next repair shop. Charged $40 for the "repair".
