Every time I enter, I hear the Robot from Lost in Space shouting "Warning, Warning Will Robinson!" My latest visit wasn't an exception. Sitting on the showroom floor was a Honda Super Cub 125 ABS in stunning Pearl Nebula Red. Flashbacks of the 60's advertisement campaign "You meet the nicest people on a Honda" did a flashback in my mind. I was smitten, in lust, in love, call it kismet; This Super Cub was coming home with me. John once again made purchasing a new toy much too easy. He made me an offer I couldn't refuse. They even delivered it too! My first ride on the lil Super Cub, I could hear the song "Little Honda" playing in my head. Murphy's on-site RV repair was able to get us in the next day. The tech, Mark was excellent. Diagnosed a locked up compressor on the bad a/c unit and serviced the other two units. A replacement unit was ordered and delivered the next day. Murphy's let us camp in their parking lot overnight with electric and water. The next day the new a/c was installed and we were on the road by 2pm. Nice friendly folks. We received excellent care and service as well as fair pricing. Super friendly folks. This is a small business that we were glad to support. They service many campgrounds in the Wisconsin Rapids area with mobile rv techs.

The informed me it was not covered under warranty because of "debrie" "later confirmed was rust and wiping it out with a cloth fixed the problem". Manager Joe "did not give his last name" who was extremely condescending the entire time. Insisted it was not rust. Did take cover the cost of the diagnostic. Main issue is I was not told before hand that if it was not covered under warranty I would be charged over 200$ for a diagnostic. This is something I would think is extremely important to cover before performing the service.Especially when the customer specifically asks if the service would be covered under the warranty. Young lady at the counter was extremely professional.The entire time and I think her for actually being a professional even though the example given by her boss is exactly the opposite of that.
