During service, a worker damaged my property, and the issue was only addressed after I reported it. Even then, I had to repeatedly follow up regarding the repairs and when they would actually be completed. I also initially requested mulch installation, but after several appointments where the installation was either not properly scheduled or simply not completed, I ultimately canceled that service.
