I had applied for some funding through MSA to help restore damages to my property. I only qualify due to my disability, and basically what they do is borrow off your equity to make safety repairs per their inspection. My equity allows me up to $20,000 for repairs that they allocated. Mr. Gosh seemed very understanding to the necessity of repairs on my home because I have no heat and cannot utilize my brand new furnace because of air duct damage and blockage. He called himself mobile home Genie cause that's all he does, (he claims). He even whet as far as claiming he was going to be here on a certain day to take measurements. Of all the companies that I have researched, I am convinced that there is none better than Golden Eagle Log & Timber Homes. Golden Eagle is not only the most professional company in the industry, they are the warmest people that you will ever meet. As an established company now in its sixth decade, Golden Eagle's staff seems more like a family than a group of employees, a family committed to the highest level of product-excellence and customer service. From the moment that they meet you, they understand that you are not just wanting a house -- you are wanting a home -- a home that you can love, a home in which you can grow old, a home that you can pass along to your children and grandchildren. Golden Eagle does not play around with your dream of having a roaring fireplace and a warm hearth and a glowing living room and a dining room and kitchen filled with laughter and love and family and memories. They honor it. Because they understand that they are ultimately not in the homebuilding business at all -- they are in the dreambuilding business -- and that's why they're the best. Golden Eagle Log & Timber Homes represents all that is good and true and noble about the American Heartland. My wife and I look forward to working with them to build the home of our dreams.

My wife spoke with Bill Reitz and within days came out and gave us an estimate. The price was fair however they were already booked for the year and were booking for the following year. This morning (Friday) they were back out checking and inspecting their work that they took considerable pride in. All that is left to do is wait for it to dry. We are very happy with their work, so much that we're having them pour a stamped patio for us next year. For quality work at a fair price, we wholeheartedly recommend Reitz.
