However, this agency using a third-party do estimating and you as a client have no input on the way with the third-party comes up with a noncompetitive price function. The third-party is pricing my home $200,000 more than the township and Delaware county. And no matter what input I can give, the price is not reflected by any changes I can make. It would be foolish to me to switch to your product and pay $500 more per year and not have upside only just downside. I'm seriously disappointed in Google's information provided from my the search. I needed a new Driver 's License Photo. When I went in the first thing you do is register with the…read morereceptionist desk. She asked to see my certificate from DMV. She gave me a number and pointed to a separate area for License photos. I was number 47. There were about 12-15 people ahead of me. There were two people at a desk up front, taking information and then taking photos. The line moved quickly, about 15-20 minutes. When it was my turn I was asked for my current driver's license n another form of ID. I had my passport. She approved everything. I had a Real ID star on my old license. She said if I still wanted that I would not be able to get my new license then n there. She explained it would be mailed to me in about 10-14 days. I agreed to that. She punched a hole in my old license and gave me a paper about having photo taken. She told me that it was not really a valid Driver's License but to keep it until I received the new one. She took three photos and showed them on a screen and told me to pick the one I wanted for new license. I did and thanked her and left. The entire process was very easy, well organized, and surprisingly pleasant. I was further surprised when I received my new Driver's License in 4 days! It was great! I highly recommend AAA in Ardmore. Great people and great service!!!

Joseph Hussey is Tom's Hussey's father. Now Tom Hussey is running the agency along with his sister, Jennifer. I have been a faithful customer of this agency forever. Tom and Jennifer are always available to answer questions whenever the need arises. Whenever I had financial issues, they were always very understanding. Hussey Insurance Agency moved from West Chester Pike to the address on Darby Road. The Darby Road office is fairly new. My family was accustomed to visiting the office on West Chester Pike. What was good about the West Chester Pike office was that there were many businesses around that you could patronize. Places like Wells Fargo, Starbucks, and McDonalds. The office on West Chester Pike had a pretty good sized parking lot. One great asset to the Darby Road Office is Wawa. I usually stop there when I visit Allstate. I visit Allstate for my mom, because I pay my bills online. When you enter the Darby Road office, its a nice area with three desks and a waiting room area. And it is recommended that clients park on the street. They do have a driveway, however it can be tricky navigating out of there. I would connect with someone one day and they would say they would look into it and call me back; they never called back. I am still having an issue , I had to drive to the actual office for help. If it was not for the rate I would change companies immediately. I do not know if this is State Farm as a whole with terrible customer service but I do know that this office does have terrible customer service. There are no personal issues, whoever you're connected with treats you with respect and listens but nothing gets done so that defeats the point.
