Thankfully, when I came home to see our amazing tile guy installing some hideous piece of leopard print back splash, I whipped out my photo of the mild color stone actually purchased. Did he have to tear it out? Yes. Did it cost us, again? Yes. However, Alpine Granite still gets five stars for graciously acknowledging the mistake, and taking immediate steps to correct the issue. Haley and Flora were wonderful to work with and insisted on a second measurement to ensure accuracy. Josh also gets five gold stars for his meticulous install, professionalism and gracious attitude.

They had…read moreby far the lowest of 3 bids, They did the installation earlier than scheduled, they did an excellent, professional job, and they cleaned up thoroughly. As part of the job they had to replace a long section of siding below the windows. That part was done cleanly and looks much better than the original. If we need siding or more window work done, we'll call ProMar first.

Most of the companies told me they were backed up for many months. Pro-Mar came out right away and told me what it would require for them to take the job. They did what they said and got me a quote that I was happy with. We scheduled the job and they came out with a crew of 6 people and they completed it in one day. Everything about Pro-Mar was smooth sailing. They were very pleasant to work with.
