I have used it for moving items around town and I always get questions about the trailer. When this trailer sits next to another 5000 trailer you see the difference. I don't know how you complain that when I scratch my trailer it goes down to metal. Really when I scratch my truck that happens too. But the good thing about a trailer is you can buy the spray paint at Home Depot and remove your scratches. For what is worth I was looking for another trailer and stumbled onto Yelp and feel it is unfair the ratings Mike received. I would buy another trailer from Mike with no question.

I lost trust in their service after paying over $3,000 to have my truck worked on. I took my truck to a different mechanic, provided all the service records from T-Dogs, and they double-checked, diagnosed, and fixed the numerous obvious mistakes made by T-Dogs. Save your money and spare yourself the stress and anxiety of dealing with subpar workmanship. Just go somewhere else, it's not worth wasting your money.

I would highly recommend this service and will use it going forward.

My friend called Wimp's and let them know we were coming in and needed a repair. Kevin called me and told me he would have us back on the road in no time... no matter what it took. We had reservations in Glacier National Park, two days after we got to Hamilton. To his word, Kevin ordered a piece of plexiglass and had us on the road, the day after we got into town. It was the best he could do (Do to the piece of glass we needed was going to take weeks to get there). When we returned from our trip, we hung out waiting for the glass to come in. The day after the glass was in, we were On the Road Again! Now I know Kevin had to cram us in! (That is one busy shop) The reason it is so busy... because their service, customer care and quality of work they perform is AWESOME! Thank you Kevin and Wimp's Auto, for taking care of us while we were on the road!

The truck also did not have a parking pawl rod and would not lock into park. Took it to M&M. They rebuilt the carburetor and returned the truck to me. The truck was running horribly, missing, stumbling. They never resolved the parking pawl issue. I took the truck back to M&M and they said they could not resolve the issue and told me I had to get my own kick down bracket and cable. They apparently had no idea how to resolve the kick down transmission issue or parking pawl rod issue. I took the truck to a great experienced mechanic in Missoula who found the points were fried, Distributor cap damaged, spark plugs damaged, spark plug wires cracked and old, they tuned the truck, hooked up the kick down cable, repaired the parking pawl rod, and the TRUCK RUNS GREAT! M&M is worthless. Had the truck at M&M two times and they could not figure out that the truck needed a simple tune up and simple transmission repair. M&M staff are very nice people, but totally inept at working on simple classic trucks.

Dave Heckeroth, the shop manager couldn't refund my $165 quick enough. He got me out of there as fast as he could and wouldn't even discuss it with me. No apology, no explanation, just walked me to the front desk, instructed the young lady to refund my money and quickly scurried back to the shop. How many people have they ripped off? I wish everybody had their own shop with a lift. Most folks are totally at their dealership's mercy. It's criminal and pathetic! I should call the police.

Though I had service records back to 2012, there was nothing REAL recent so I decided to take her to a local car-doctor and set a baseline for fluids and a tune-up. While visiting a Hamilton car parts shop I asked the guys there if they knew of anyone in the Valley that is competent with the "older" stuff. Without hesitation Nick at Hamilton Automotive was recommended. I dropped by their shop on the south of Hamilton and Jeff, Nick's son, scheduled an appointment for me. Jeff suggested they perform a "pre-purchase" inspection; doing bumper-to-bumper system's review would reveal any blaring issues. On the scheduled day, I dropped "Ellie" off with Nick. When I picked her up at the end of the day, Nick had prepared a comprehensive list of "need-to-do", "ought-to-do", and "want-to-do". As we work our way through the list, Nic is preparing quotes for each item before we schedule that component of the work. Realistic, knowledgeable, reliable, and solid communicators; I would not hesitate to recommend Hamilton Automotive for all of your "car-doctor" needs. I know I will become a Hamilton Automotive "regular".
