I asked him if he could put in the light for me, as I don't know how to do it, and he said no problem., he took a look at my vehicle to see what was needed, I purchased the light, and he came out and swapped it out for me. When it comes to anything mechanical, I have 10 thumbs. he was fantastic. He pulled everything apart, swapped out the light, and then put everything back together perfectly, explaining what he was doing as he was doing it. The entire time, he was engaging, and very friendly. as I mentioned before, I always get great service at O'Reillys. I will keep coming back. Thank you.

I was coming in to get my I-phone screen replaced as I'd dropped the phone on a gravel driveway, giving it a couple of good crack lines. Jerry met me at the front of the store--with a smile--to check me in and to give me a "waiting time" for me to be helped by a technician. He also quickly looked over the phone and said that it looked like just some cracks in the screen protector; I was super-happy at this quick diagnosis and this good news. When it was my turn, Jerry quickly replaced the screen protector (with a charge for just the cost of the screen protector!), and sent me on my way. I was out of the store well within an hour. When I complained about the three inches, the salesperson looked at me with a "duh" look and said "so? it's a generic frame" he didn't get it, said to put a pillow between the mattress and the wall! Never thought I would have to buy a pool noodle for a brand new bed to protect myself and then a bed skirt to hide the pool noodle! But you can be sure if I'd bought an adjustable bed it would have fit the frame perfectly..and cost more! Kind of reeks of "bait and switch" to me. We use their bath room (which for $10 is a STEAL) and they always go "Oh time for a bath!?", when we walk in and tell us if it is busy or not. And I have massive very hairy dog and they always make sure we have enough towels and act like we are nothing to clean up after. Which I know isn't true, he is part malamute so hair is everywhere! They don't even blink an eye at it. I seriously adore this store and their workers!
