My appointment for the employee to come to my home and measure for shutters was for an arrival time between 10am-12pm. The woman on the phone said they would call when they were on their way. It was only then, when she realized that I was ticked off, and was indeed going to confront her about their unprofessionalism, that she in a casual, I-couldn't-care-less voice said, "Yeah. Sorry about that. He was an hour late." Pause. Like that was supposed to be OK? I asked her if no one could have called me because I was waiting the whole time. She then says, "I don't know what to say." So professional. So I said, "Funny way to do business" and I hung up. read more
