The mall has many stores that features technology, dental, food, clothing, athletic needs, and more. Landsdowne place is a hangout for teens and a great way of spending your day with your family and friends because the special thing about this mall is that it's a better experience when you are not alone. There are bus stops around the mall which grants you access to public transportation with ease so you can arrive to the mall, and return to your home or where your next stop is. The bike racks are available but there are not many but it's good enough. The service is great as there are security guards to help you out that walk around the mall to ensure that nothing bad is going on. The overall atmosphere is great as people are willing to help and the employees of different stores are friendly and also willing to assist you in any possible way. I would greatly recommend this to anybody who wants to come in a group or just a pair to enjoy and shop with no problems.

I mean they literally just tried to have me pay $2 PER ACCENT NAIL!? Idk about you ladies, but never in my years of having my nails done have I been asked for extra simply for painting a different colour on a certain nail. This was after them insisting I pay an extra $5 for "length" even though I requested SHORT ACRYLIC NAILS. I am just beyond floored. It's unfortunate Peterborough has 0 standards and no good salons. Save yourselves ladies.

Yet…read morequickly was met with a large amount of small items which overall drew me away from the store The pros - big place with almost any item your looking for (TCG/DND/40k/etc) - lots of open spaces and table for the community to come in and interact with each other. - overall looks very friendly and welcoming The cons - it took about 15 minutes from me entering the store for them to acknowledge me and even then it took me walking up to the counter - I entered the store with a list of MTG cards I was looking to get only to be told that I had to email them the exact list because they where already "backlogged with a lot of other requests". Which is entirely understandable if not for the fact there were 3 employees just standing around talking with each other who I personally got the impression could care less. Furthermore I live 3 hours from here so it not like I could easily return. But I accept that it is my fault in that situation - next when I did send in my list of cards I was looking for asking for a quote. I was furthermore informed that they couldn't give me a price and I had to lookup the prices online for myself then make the decision. (A bit annoying but fair enough) only for the website they provided to be pricing cards above market value and would easily add a few hundred dollars extra to what I was looking for. I feel all this could have been avoided if it was easier to find information as to the rules of how things were ran. So I know what to expect prior to driving the 3 hours. All in all. I really want to like the place as it looks amazing and has a great selection but I can't help but leave a bad taste in my mouth.

There's a big window that lets in natural sunlight. The place is kept like someone actually cares about the store and their customers. Other places should take note. These guys don't pack their store with everything under the sun to try to please every geek but caters to a specific crowd and does it well. Their prices are on par, at least for the items that I know the general prices of. While about 90% of their product line isn't my cup of tea, I would gladly recommend anyone I know who is into these sorts of things to this place. Note: It would seem that the earlier reviews are for an old location before they moved to their current one. April challenge 24/30

The same side that my washer fluid is located, was damaged by them, and I noticed within an hour of leaving. I saw insulation coming down from behind my front passenger tire and inspected it closer. I was shocked to see all the plastic behind my front bumper was cracked and that is why the insulation pieces were coming out. They first tried to blame me and said within the hour I had damaged it. They then backtracked and said it was like that when I brought it in. They won't let me view video footage, and said it shows that nothing was done in the shop. The store manager, Jeff, should not be hired to deal with anyone, he is completely arrogant. DO NOT take your vehicle here without first taking multiple videos of your car before you get anything done. Terrible experience.

Made some minor repairs, charged us almost $500. and said bring it back for more repairs next week. In the meanwhile they told my husband to pick it up. That car should not have been driven and caused even more damage. I had the car towed back to the city, our mechanic who we have used and trusted for years found that there was no compression in the #3 cylinder. Liam at Canadian tire said my husband didn't tell him to check the compression!!! Unbelievable! Thank goodness for CAA. They towed it to Toronto and it is now in the hands of competent, honest people! They are scammers!!!

This Giant Tiger has plenty of parking spots. It is in a plaza. I am envious that Peterborough has a Giant Tiger. Markham lost its lone store eons ago. This store is fantastic! This store is a gem. I have never seen small, paired, regular, and gigantic Squishmallows all under one roof in my life. I was in Squishmallows heaven! Prices were decent. This store also has a large variety of Tim Hortons items. I didn't realize that you can get Timmy's soups these days. It also has Timmy's-branded coffee and hot chocolate. Walking around this store made me want to pick up knitting and crocheting. There were deals on yarn, from bundled to large skeins. I needed hand soap. I got two bottles of foaming hand washes. I'm still curious about how fresh snow smells as a scent. My favourite bagged cereal is at Giant Tiger. I like the honey cinnamon the best, but will eat all varieties. The grocery section is amazing. It has items that I haven't seen at Giant Tiger stores that I often frequent. The CRAVE line of lasagna, and mac and cheese all looked delicious! I like the prices at Giant Tiger. You can save a bit and not sacrifice on quality. I had a nice woman cash me out. She gave me a bag for free. I am so used to putting stuff in my own bag and waving off the bag fee. I love this store.
