Upon arrival, they told me they couldn't find my order and that I must've ordered it at a different location. After confirming I was at the right location, they said my order must have gotten lost. Came here for my baby's 6th bday weekend. The eating area was really big, but the actual arcade itself is fairly small....we bought the $30 package, which if I'm not mistaken includes 2 hours of unlimited play, and a large Hawaiian pizza...it came with 4 drinks as well....pizza was decent, the small little arcade was just OK, but my baby LOVED IT and that's all that matters...she even won the 500 ticket jackpot she was wayyyy too happy . We would definitely be back cause this little girl won't let it go lol read more

I order 2 large pepperoni pizzas (1 with sausage on half the pizza) and I was really disappointed when I saw they only put sausage on 2 slices I work at a restaurant and have worked at several restaurants so I know how much effort was put into my order. I also ordered Hot wings but got some weird half cooked wings, the breading wasn't even sticking to the chicken. That's how half ass they made it. This place is a joke if I could give 0 stars I would. I've been to this place 3 times I should've learned by the second time. First time I went the pizza wasn't even fully cooked you could still see the dough not cooked thoroughly. Second time I asked for my pizza well done and to my surprised it was not how I ordered it. During my right now time experiencing the restaurant was very loud,there were screaming children, kids on the floor crying, peoples jumping on the machines etc. on some of the pizzas we ordered one was missing half of the pepperonis and the other didn't even have anything! And half of the tables weren't even open if the mess that was on all of them, so that means half of the people including myself had to wait and eat on a disgusting napkin and crum filled table. read more

every time I go to almost any PPP in EP the service is awful. yesterday I went to the one on Zaragoza.. the "manager," was so rude I had to tell her to her face how terrible their service was . I ordered my wings "well done" when I ordered my pizza .. when my order was ready the wings were not well done how I had kindly asked. I waited another 20 minutes for them. I was done with my pizza and didn't even want them anymore. the point of ordering them "well done" when I ordered my pizza was so they can come out at the same time. I'm aware they can hand them over to you on the spot since they're already prepared. she had no empathy and didn't bother to even apologize. The food was good and made in a reasonable amount of time, especially considering how busy it was. They happily gave kids free balloons (I didn't know they did that) and it made my daughter's night. Didn't go to arcade area so can't comment on that. The dining area is pretty big and thankfully they have lots of highchairs available! read more
