Also note that Cole Haan often has special offers through your credit card (e.g. $30 off of purchase of $150; 10% off total purchase)...just need to activate that offer through the CC app and then use that same card to pay for purchase...the rebate will get deposited as a credit to your card a few days later.

Disappointing Customer Service…read more I've been shopping at the Levi's store at Irvine Spectrum almost every weekend, so I'm very familiar with the store and usually enjoy stopping by to see what's on sale. During my recent visit, a bald male employee asked me, "Have you been here last weekend?" I said yes and mentioned that I'm there almost every weekend. He then asked if I was looking for something in particular. I said that I usually come in to see if I can find something on sale, and his response was, "Not this store." I honestly found the comment unnecessary and very unwelcoming. As a regular customer, that's not the kind of interaction I expect when walking into a store. There are much better ways to communicate with customers without making them feel like they're being pushed away. I hope management addresses this because one employee's attitude can easily turn away a loyal customer. I'll definitely think twice before coming back. 8/8/26 @ 10am.

Well, we can in on a Sunday afternoon and there were plenty of people waiting. We scanned the QR code at the front to check in. Good news is, they text you when it's almost your turn so we got to go check out Nordstrom Rack. 30 min later, it was our turn. Donna helped us get my son what he wanted. I found the service to be excellent. She showed us options, explained what we had questions on. We got a rental tux, bow tie, shoes, dress shirt and a pocket square. With the schools 25% off coupon it came out to $200. Steep but I know that it will be exactly fitted as she measured very extensively. We came in Sunday to his event the following Sat. The tux will be ready on Thursday after 4pm and drop off by end of day Sunday, day after event. Talking to the staff there I learned they don't do appts for prom because of the steep discount, they make more money on the weddings. They make appts for weddings. Makes sense from a business standpoint but... shouldn't the experience be impeccable so these young men know where to get their lifelong suits/tuxs at?
