I called Garys roughly 30 minutes prior to their closing for the night and a nice associate answered, I wish I could remember his name because he was great! I explained my dilemma and I said I wear a 34 in a particular brand. He replied with, "no problem, I'll set aside two pairs of pants with your name. Be here at 10:00am and we can probably have our tailor hem them for you in no time!" You've got to be kidding was my thought! We headed to Gary's at 10:00am, the pants were laid out with my name and Todd was there ready to help. Todd was extremely helpful, got me fitted right away and helped with some other items that I didn't need but could live without! 20or so minutes later I had pants!!! I really don't know many places that can offer that sort of drop of the hat service; but Gary's did and I am very appreciative. Todd and Co. thank you for the great service! He knew the products inside and out and made great recommendations without ever being pushy. Gavin helped me find exactly what I needed and honestly, even more than I expected. The manager for this location has been so kind and helped me out every time I come. If they don't have a shirt in my size, they'll order it from another location and I'll get it a few days later. The one thing I will say is most of their clothing runs smaller than other brands that I'm used to. I have many products where a 1X is the perfect size for me but a 2X is the norm, but their product requires me to buy it in a 3X. I am 6 foot five and about 250 pounds so it's hard harder to walk into a regular store and find my size but they have it there. Overall, they have a customer for life.
