From the moment we entered, we noticed a level of kindness, compassion, and genuine care that is rarely seen elsewhere. Every staff member treated clients with respect and warmth. The staff member who attended to me, Miss Melanie, was exceptionally professional, patient, and friendly. Even when I made a small mistake, she explained everything clearly and kindly. I told my wife, "Miss Melanie is truly a wonderful person." My wife said, "The lady who helped me was also very kind." A few days earlier, another lady who assisted us looked very much like Miss Melanie's sister -- she, too, was incredibly helpful and caring. After recalling an unpleasant experience at another center, we decided that even though the North Decatur location is about six miles farther from our home, we will continue to come here in the future. He recommended practical changes -- simple things like adding vitamins and whole food diet to Dad's daily routine -- that made a noticeable difference in how he felt. At one point, a nurse practitioner at a different practice was pushing for heart surgery. Dr. Sharma took the time to review everything carefully and advised against it. He was absolutely right. Because of his judgment, my father is enjoying a normal life right now instead of being confined to a hospital bed. Both my Dad and I are patients here. What sets this practice apart is that Dr. Sharma treats you like an actual person, not a chart number. He never rushes through appointments, he explains things clearly, and you can tell he truly cares about his patients' wellbeing. I cannot recommend Trails Family Medical and Dr. Sharma enough.

Not just based on my experience but myself and others that I personally know of that weren't pleasing either ONE BIT! Please get better compassionate and professional staff and a doctor who will listen and not disregard young patients as well but tends to any and all no matter what age, religion, race, or health issues. Being that this could be the easiest part he performs during a Triage. He did an incorrect wrist cuff technique for my Blood pressure reading. (He left that same arm dangling, in the process, instead of holding it up at heart level.. and in turn, got a high reading) when I have Normal blood pressure, as my Baseline is normal & mostly on the low end! So, I know my baseline well, and this is just unacceptable. I found this Centerwell Clinic to be exceptional. It's large, very modern in Decor, including an Activity Center inside. Everything was very clean & neat. And the girls working in the office were very kind, friendly and curteous. A very good all around vibe I thought. I truly recommend this Clinic location for anyone.

I prefer Women physicians if I can find them. I had an OBGYN already from my previous time living in Vegas. I knew I needed to have a Family Medicine Doctor. So I contacted my benefits customer support number and the Representative was able to help me immediately. I received a few emails with a list of PCP or Primary Care Physicians that were in a 20 mile radius. I do believe that sometimes in life you have to travel to reception quality care sometimes. When I say, Denise Williams, NP is an exceptional provider. She has a lovely Aura, and you can sense her inner discernment is of a kindred spirit. I was originally given a same appointment by her lovely staff Nathan for 4:30p.m. When my GPS ended up directing me 21 minutes in the opposite direction I was agitated and wanted to just cancel my appointment and just reschedule it. However Nathan reassured me that I could still be seen today. Just a Note: When the first desks goes above and beyond to accommodate a new patient that says a lot about the physician. Especially if it's a new doctor trying to establish a clientele. Denise's bedside mannerism was beyond breathtaking for me. I wasn't anxious about introducing myself to her at all once I finally figured out where I was going lol. She asked me a slew of questions, told me what our plan was going to be, and I agreed with everything. I'll return next week for my fasting labs. I must be off All my Supplements for 2 days prior before my lab work. I hope that Denise Flourishes and business overflows for her. She definitely deserves it.

She did not have health insurance in Nevada as we just moved from another state. We were recommended to get some Blood work done and we asked what the cost would be without insurance in Nevada and were told it was going to be no more than $100. After receiving a bill over $3,000 for blood work that took less than 5 minutes we went back to show them the bill and see how $100 went to $3,000. The doctor said she would have to recode the bloodwork so it would bring the cost down. After multiple calls with no calls back and visits to the office to try and get this resolved, we decided it was time to change doctors. The day of getting the bloodwork done we asked the lady at check in the cost and she wasn't able to tell us and said the invoice would be mailed later. Very bad experience with the office and would not recommend. It also seemed like there was high turnover as the person at the front desk was different almost every time we went in.
