From the consultation, they made me feel completely at ease. The procedure itself was so efficient and painless. It was easier than a shopping trip to Trader Joe's! Dr. Morrow and his team were fantastic. I especially appreciated that he personally called a few hours after the procedure to check in on my recovery. That level of care really stood out to me. One small suggestion: emailed instructions in addition to the videos would be helpful. It can be hard to find time between work, caring for a toddler, and making sure I'm not missing anything in the video.

In fact, I was able to get an appointment on my very first time visiting (right out of my Dentist's office down the street ) because they had just had a cancellation, so I just need to wait around for 20 minutes. It was so nice that I was able to get a consult right away about my broken tooth. Big thanks to the front of house staff! The lobby is also really nice, clean, almost like a hotel lobby. When you walk in, you feel like you're going to be in good hands. If only they did deep cleanings!

I had to get a fail root canal molar pulled. I have severe dental anxiety and am autistic. I was originally beyond impressed by his patience, kindness, calming demeanor. But I just got my extraction done today and it was literally easier than a regular dentist cleaning. I was on oral sedation + laughing gas which really helped but it was him who helped calm me the most. He was so gentle, talked me through everything, gave me choices. The tooth was out in under a minute... I was SHOCKED. I also have a lot of anxiety about numbing, so we didn't use a numbing gel before the injection which I was really nervous about. But numbing shots felt like nothing more than a pinch (whereas they usually hurt more even with numbing gel). His skill is WILD. I wish he could all my oral care. It's now about 9 hours post extraction and with just some ibrprofen and tylenol I feel zero pain. He also spent 30 minutes on the phone with me days before my surgery when I was spiraling. Truly incredible. If you're an anxious person, he's the best person for the job.

I chose this office after reading the impressive professional profiles of the doctors. The physicians are Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons with notable achievements. Located at 901 Campus Drive in Daly City, a multi-tenant medical office building, there is plenty of free onsite parking for visitors. As you enter the office at Suite 303, you are greeted by a contemporary waiting room with comfortable seating and television, free wifi, and minimal clutter to help lower patient anxiety. The front desk staff are also amiable. On the day of V's oral surgery consultation, Tuesday, January 28, 2025, we met with Dr. Sy in a clean, professional space outfitted with digital display screens used to review scans, treatment plans, and imaging with patients. Dr. Sy provided us with a couple of informational sheets and explained to us the surgical procedure for the removal of V's complete boney impaction of his wisdom teeth. Deep sedation was recommended, which V was opting for. I was in tears, apprehensive of the deep sedation and had A LOT of questions (so many that the doctor asked if I worked in the medical field). Dr. Sy listened to my concerns and patiently answered all of my inquiries in detail, calming my fears and giving me a sense of relief. Following the consultation, we met with the friendly Office Assistant to go over the Treatment Plan Estimate. Surgery was scheduled for the morning of Wednesday, February 26, 2025. I was pleasantly surprised by how quick the procedure took to complete and was even more amazed that V was wide awake and coherent when I was brought back to the room where he was. He commented that he felt like he just woke up from a nap. Wow, are all surgical tooth extractions this easy peasy for patients?? Dental Assistant Adrian was extremely polite and wheelchaired V to the outdoor front entrance where I drove my car to pick him up. We were sent home with clear instructions and medicine times. Recovery was smooth, fast and easy, and the post-op check-up on Thursday, March 6, 2025 at 3:15 PM determined that all was good. Dr. Sy and his team turned a scary medical day into a surprisingly stress-free experience. V and I were so grateful for their care. I highly recommend this office and if faced with the need for oral surgery, myself, will not think twice to return to SF BAY ORAL SURGERY AND DENTAL IMPLANTS to be treated by Dr. Sy.

I've done two implants within a few months with Dr Sy. First one was badly infected with much bone loss. The pano done by young asian girl was wonderful. The front desk staff were so good too. Kudos to Dr Sy & team for such a good & caring experience! PS. Happen to meet partner Dr Hui and he is anazing nice too.

The only pro tip I have if you are driving to the SFSA location to see him is to give yourself ample time to find parking as it's a bit tedious. Thanks so much for all of your help, Dr. Massoomi & team! 10/10!

We had a fantastic experience with the front desk staff and the doctor. I had a broken screw for my crown and the tooth came loose. I paid $1588.00 to have it taken out and put back in with a new screw. Keep in mind I'm putting back in the old crown. Not a new one. So you would think $1588 would cover the whole thing which included meds and other stuff and of course to put it back in. Who wouldn't think you wouldn't put it back in?!!! So on the day I go to put it back in the receptionist at the desk says oh there will be a co-pay today. I said co-pay for what? Oh we have to charge the insurance to put it back in and for the Dr Silvas time. I said I paid $1588 and I thought that was all inclusive? She says no that service is over, now we have to charge to put it back in!!!! They never mentioned that from the beginning. They never said we're gonna charge you more later or anything. If they were up front about it then I would be ok with it but they're shady as fuck. I tell them to put it back in or give me my tooth and I'll have it done elsewhere. Then they offered me 50 bucks off!!! Lol. I said no and I wanted to see what they would do. Would they say ok sorry it was t disclosed and we'll just put it back in or would they give me back my shit and leave to find another dentist. They call me into the office and sit down so Dr Sliva can see how my healing was going. She was also 1/2 hour late. Then the hygienist gives me my tooth and screw and I say so she's not gonna put it back in? She says no and proceeds to explain what screw is for what tooth. I get up tell her I don't need to see Dr Silva give me my shit and left. This just goes to show you they're all about the money. To put my OLD crown with a new screw back in would've taken 15 minutes? They're super nice to you till they get their hooks on you. Do not get scammed like I did and don't even think about going here. I called my dentist to never recommend them to any other patients to them. No stars if I could. They also have an office on Union st. Will also be contacting BBB
