Scheduled an Appointment they did X-rays and Check Up, Never communicated what was found on the X-rays. Went back for a Cleaning. Main Reason was to have a Crown fixed that I had already gave my Prior Dentist $600 for that Crown that Cracked after a couple weeks of having that work done. Gave Marlton Family Dentistry $510 to have the Cracked Crown Fixed/Replaced. Day of my Crown Replacement the Dental Hygienist took my Blood Pressure she said it was High, so that Appt had to be rescheduled. I rescheduled that Appt and I was Sick that week so I had to cancel. I get an Automated Text Message for an Appt I don't recall making. Anyways show up for the Appt and here it's a Cleaning?? But still have a Cracked Crown in my Mouth going on over a Year. Told them I Don't want a Cleaning, I want my Issue Fixed. I Paid $510 and still haven't had it Fixed as of Today 5/26/26. Told Kelly just Refund the $510 and I will go somewhere else. She told me she has to talk to Dr Blake?? Spoke to Kelly today she is gonna Refund me, But minus $75 cause I didn't want the Cleaning Done!! Fine keep the $75 and Enjoy me Blasting this Dental Practice on Socials.... I advise anyone who's Looking for a Dentist this Place ain't it... Dr doesn't Communicate with his Patients as to what the X-rays revealed etc!! Poor Communication!! Been to that Office at least 4 times and Still haven't had my Issue Fixed. I'm disappointed with this situation overall, paying out of pocket for a tooth twice in general would piss anyone off, and the BS of Paying for a Service and Service was never Done!! For years I was told (if my wisdom teeth don't bother me don't bother them). Well, because I didn't have them looked at by a Oral Surgeon I developed an infection around one wisdom tooth because food was getting trapped which affected the tooth in front causing intense pain. My visit was so easy. But what stands out the most for me was the compassion and urgent care the office provided. The front desk girl told me not to even have a seat in the waiting area. She called a nurse who immediately took me in the back for more extensive X-rays and had me sit in a consult room for a few minutes and then went to get Dr Rothman. My own dental office had me wait for an hour that morning to be seen. Not long after Dr Rothman came in with his beautiful smile. He educated me and left the decision about the others in my hands. But said let's get you out of pain. He was not pushy in any way. The office was very clean and his office staff was incredible, from the folks at the front desk, to the nurse with him during my surgery (I believe her name was V- she is fabulous). They made me feel very comfortable during the procedure. And his nurse even held my hand. After the procedure I had a little pain and some swelling, which I expected. Dr. Rothmans office called to check on me the following day. I would highly recommend this office and will be going back for my other wisdom teeth to be removed in April. The Reception Staff greeted me warmly and showed me around and then make me feel very comfortable. My dentist was Dr. Angelique Sweeney. She thoroughly examined my teeth, then took X-rays and photos of my mouth and smile. The Technician, Kati Tash, worked side by side with Dr. Sweeney to create amazing and beautiful new porcelain veneers that same morning. I couldn't be more pleased with my new front teeth. I have never encountered a more nakedly mercenary practice in my life. The single biggest reason I will NEVER return, and the key reason they will lose my business forever, is the front desk staff, particularly the person named Lyanna. ​Condescending and Unprofessional Lyanna ​The person running the front desk, Lyanna, is an absolute nightmare. She is rude, dismissive, and clearly views every patient not as a person in need of care, but as a walking ATM. ​Lyanna is extremely condescending and utterly unprofessional. She speaks down to you, makes you feel like an inconvenience for daring to ask basic questions about their inflated bills, and has an appalling attitude that should disqualify her from ever working in a service-facing role. Dealing with her is so frustrating, it makes you want to cancel your appointment right there. ​The Overcharging Scam ​The main issue here is the shocking level of overcharging. They seem to invent procedures and fees just to inflate the bill, and their itemization is deliberately opaque. Adding to the general unprofessionalism, the fact that they don't even have sinks or running water in the procedure rooms should have been my first clue that corners are being cut everywhere but the billing department. ​Their billing practices are a total scam, especially for an In-Network provider. I was explicitly told my insurance covers 70% of the service, yet the patient amount they demanded from me was somehow higher than the portion the insurance company was responsible for! ​When I challenged the extortionate bill, the answer I got (likely from Lyanna herself) was an utterly ridiculous and unacceptable: "We don't know how much the insurance company is going to pay until they pay it." This is a blatant lie and a complete disregard for standard in-network fee schedules. It is a clear attempt to fleece the patient for the maximum amount before the insurance even processes the claim. ​If you want a dentist who cares about your teeth more than your wallet and who doesn't employ rude, unprofessional staff like Lyanna, run, don't walk, away from this place. You'll leave feeling fleeced, frustrated, and thoroughly insulted. Save yourself the headache and the exorbitant bill.

The first time I came here as a new patient, I noticed my tooth was discolored. I mentioned this to the dental hygentist taking care of me, and he said he didn't see anything, and pulled another dental hygentist in the room to look at my tooth. He said to me "That discoloration is the color of your tooth", as the other dental hygienist laughed at me. Another time I went, I asked the woman at the check out desk which pain medication to take after I had my root canal done. She said to me condescendingly, "You won't have any pain because the nerve is gone". She's right that I may not have nerve pain anymore, but I would have inflammation to the surrounding tissues due to the nerve being extracted. There was no need for her attitude. I went there for a routine cleaning recently, and at the end, the dental hygienist said to me "Has it been a while since your last cleaning? Because it looks like it's been... you know..." and gives me a look, insinuating that I had a lot of plaque in my teeth, and that it has been a long time since I had my them cleaned. If you have ever worked in healthcare, you're taught to keep your judgments to yourself and to care for the patient. Another time I went into their office, the endodontist assessed my tooth and determined it would be appropriate to do a second root canal. They had to move me to another room for the procedure, and when I walked in, I saw a bib on the chair. I told one of the employees that a patient left their bib on the chair. The girl took the bib, left the room, and said "They said that was there for you", and I told her "No, I already have one". I had doubts the room was properly clean. After the 2nd part of my root canal was finished, and after the numbing medicine wore off, I have no idea what the dentist did to me, but I had a fat lip that lasted for days. I don't know how common this is, but I've never had this happen to me before. Last, I had a crown placed one week ago, and it fell out last night. I called this morning to come in and be seen, and they refused to see me because they had no cancellations. I wanted to be taken today because it may not be possible to come in for the remainder of the week, due to childcare, work, and various appointments. The woman on the phone said "Then I will tell Michele next week then". They are refusing to see me over a crown they put in one week ago because they have no cancellations. As a patient, all of this behavior is egregious and unacceptable. I should not have tolerated all that I did, and should have seen another dentist sooner. The only positive thing I will say, is that Dr. Singh, the endodontist, was exceptional. I felt little to no pain, he was personable, kind, and soothing. I would recommend anyone to go to him if you need a root canal done. I don't expect this office to take this review seriously, and I have no doubts the people in this office will make fun of this review. But I'm putting this out there to warn other patients of how unprofessional this office runs.
