From my first phone call they were very friendly, caring and accommodating to my problem. I was seen within 2 days of my call. From the moment I walked in I felt like everyone there was my friend and was made to feel at home. My appointment was on schedule, actually they were ahead of schedule and got me in 15 minutes early. I was given a thorough exam for my issue, I was informed of my options and associated costs very clearly. Questions were asked and answered in a manner that you didn't need a PHD to understand. Fast forward to today. I had 2 teeth to extract which went well. The problem is they make you pay everything upfront and then I guess they don't care if you get reimbursed a dime from your insurance company because they already have their money ! their billing department is completely incompetent! I have never seen any thing like it and I used to work for an insurance company.! They also billed our credit card incorrectly, they never provide requested x-rays and even the doctors information on their forms, the list goes on and on and on! And the people in their billing department sound very nice but they never ever call you back and never ever follow through! I have been trying to get them to send my insurance company, proper documentation, x-rays, and fix mistakes they made for at least 7 months! I have never seen anything like this in my entire life! The absolute worst! If I could give them a zero, I would.
