Plus, the cost of each game seemed pretty reasonable and you could get quite a few games for not too much expense. Definitely made for a great activity for the family on a hot summer day. It was also super refreshing to not feel like I was getting ripped off or gouged by the games. They also have a snack bar that has popcorn and all sorts of sodas, etc. Would definitely recommend it and it looks like they also have birthday parties and other group activities available.

The animations are pretty dated, but that's not very important. The pizza was very average and kind of small for four of us, so we decided to order mozzarella sticks, fries and chicken strips. But no! The fryer was broken, so the only option was another pizza, but luckily, Costa Vida was next door. The kids were disappointed, but we moved on to arcade games after we finished bowling. There are some fun arcade games, but several we wanted to play were out of order. Skee ball was fun, but the basketball game was also broken. Overall, everyone was helpful and service was great, plus the prices are reasonable. We would go back for bowling but would probably choose somewhere else for more food and arcade game options.

I believe this is a newer location for them and we fell upon it while Yelping something to do after dinner. The improv actors were witty and more legit than expected. They were impressive and fun to watch. This would be a fantastic activity for a family with teenage kids. Younger kids (under 12 probably) would just be confused and bored. Oh! It would be so nice if they offered a kid version improv! My kids would love that. They have a contract with BYU so you can guarantee the shows are always clean. That's reassuring. We plan to be back and with friends/family!

The employee was kind and as helpful as he could be but was left completely dry and could only do so much. There was zero accountability from the owners. However, I appreciate the uniqueness of the small businesses and the slower pace. Sure, I miss the occasional cocktail, but I also don't mind dry entertainment. Last night's adventure brought me to a live music event here at Velour. I did a little research ahead of time and learned that seating is extremely limited, as is the parking. So come early, in comfy shoes, and set your expectations accordingly. The ambience inside is sort of dark, moody and intimate. There's a dramatic feel to the place, without any (obvious) drama. Doors didn't open until 6:30, and there was a line along the sidewalk of folks waiting to get in. That added to the "big city" feel of the place, even for a not-so-big city. The acoustics were good, if not a tad loud. (Yup, I'm showing my age.) The lighting was colorful and energetic, not just a boring stagnant few slights. I would likely return to see a lively act that I'm really interested in-someone that I wouldn't mind standing in a crowd of people to watch.
