We had a puppy that was literally dropped off by someone we don't know who but it was sick and wouldn't eat so we called this place asking what we should do and they gave us some advice but then acted like we don't take care of our animals and if the woman had of listened correctly she would have heard the fact that it was NOT our puppy and it had just walked up that morning and we called this place as soon as they opened only to get someone who wouldn't help us and the advice she gave wasn't very helpful and definitely was disrespectful. We simply didn't know what to do with this stray puppy that had came from no telling where and it had literally just came up the morning we called this place but instead the woman wanted to say they can't contaminate the other animals and that we needed to take care of our own animals! We have ALWAYS taken care of every animal we have ever had and they have always been taken to the vet and been loved and played with and treated like one of our own family members! We didn't know this puppy and didn't know what to do and I thought it was very rude of her to say we should take care of our own animals and there was nothing she could or would do!! I thought that was what this place was there for to help animals and or help find them shelter if need be. Neither of which was offered to us!

Not only…read moreare they super rude at the front desk, they don't even do a particularly well job on pets either! I called to ask if there was an opening for my dog at 8am and the woman on the phone very rudely said "If you can get it here right now we MIGHT can squeeze him in." So I rushed up there and dropped him off. The woman at the front was just as rude in person as she was over the phone! I still had not received a call by 5:00pm so I called to check in. I was told they were just now working on his head so to give them another 30 minutes. You demanded I rush my dog up there so you could keep him locked in a cage for 11 hours? Not to mention he had not had anything to drink and had not used the bathroom for that long! After I picked him up I don't even understand how it took them so long, all they did was shave his fur completely off! He looks horrible. Lastly, they filed his nails to such a sharp point he left scratches all over the whole family! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
