The beds were removed to wash but never returned. They had to sleep on the concrete floor for most of their stay. They did put a comforter in there for 1 night. But it was peed on because pee pads that I supplied were not put down. So after that was removed, they had nothing. The camera is grainy at best especially at night. And my dogs stayed by the glass doors so I couldn't see them most of the time as the camera didn't show that area. So it was useless to pay for that when 90% of the time, you can't see them. It made me sick to look at the camera and not see any beds! My dogs will not be coming back! What's not in the photo? My dogs or beds!

Before we found Surf City Pawville, he would struggle with groomers, and often times it could take up to an hour to get the job done. The staff at Surf City Pawville definitely have the right touch because from day one, my boy has not had an issue and is in and out inside of a few minutes. I haven't had a need for boarding or day care, but if I do, I'm certain my guy will feel loved and enjoy the experience. He loves his friends here and always seems so happy to visit.

Levi absolutely loved this structured socializing hour and had a blast. On top of making a new doberman bestie, we also got a lot of training tips and advice from the trainer, Charisma. We even worked on a little loose leash training and a new trick called "place." I wasn't expecting so much for only $10! After our first social hour, Levi became the most loving puppy ever! What was once an energizer bunny is now a chill and cuddly K-9. I don't know what magic they did to my dog but I highly recommend bringing your puppy here!! I truly wish I didn't spend all my money on another training business because I would've loved for Levi to do their day training program. I really hope they have an adult dog social hour in the future. Levi is rapidly outgrowing the rest of these puppies and would love an adult doggy date.

From my first conversation, this decision was never met with an issue in our communications which was my reason for moving forward with training my pup with this fabulous duo. There was great communication, and lots of post regarding my Odin's progress between in person visits. My wants in training were clearly defined, discussed and implemented over his in-stay with the facility. I had some reservations with my tiny 3lb spoiled puppy with his paw lotion, eye wipes and holiday themed attire amongst giant working dogs at first; but it was shortly deemed irrelevant as he decided he was just a big dog in disguise disputing my attempts otherwise lol! I am very grateful for the leadership, knowledge and help WCDT has given myself and my pup. I was referred to Wild Child from our local PetSmart. I inquired through email for their Stay and Train program as I wanted my dog to be boarded but also not forget his training or pick up bad habits. My dog stayed here for 5 days. I obsessively stalked their Instagram for updates as they post cute videos of my dog once a day. I can tell he was well taken care of and so happy to be there. Upon pickup, I felt like my dog was a new boy! They worked on him with door manners and he doesn't bolt out the door. My other concern was jumping on people. We passed by a man and my dog actually sat down right in front of him and got lots of pets! I was so impressed!! My dog also seemed more relaxed. He was a hyper furball who needed to be up and running 24/7 before I dropped him off at Wild Child. Now he's okay with laying down and chilling. He is also fine with taking naps in his crate now! He used to bark for hours on end when I crate him during the day. I can't wait to take him back. My dog seemed very sad to leave this facility and I'm sure he would be so thrilled to return. Because of you and your dedication to service we learned we had to acknowledge our behaviors that were unhealthy for our relationship with our dogs. Because of you we realized we were going about it all wrong and had to acknowledge that. We had to listen better and become more consistent in our interactions with our pets. We had to establish a new relationship with them that communicated to them that we are the Alphas in the home and any where they were with us. Austin is an absolute lifesaver. We brought our German/Dutch shepherd mix puppy to him at 8/9…read moremonths old. She was HIGHLY reactive and very difficult to walk -- wanted to bark and pull and even snap at dogs, squirrels, and people alike. In addition, she has mega E. Austin was unbelievably thoughtful with us, incredibly responsive, and adjusted training for her medical needs. He's a professional in every sense of the word, but he also feels like a friend. It's clear that he loves dogs deeply and since we first met him he's offered his time to us to call or text with any questions anytime. We also did private lessons for our 6.5 year old German Shepherd so he wouldn't make Lula (the puppy) revert, and it's been life-changing being able to calm them both down with the commands Austin trained them on. In short, we would recommend Austin time and time and time again, without a moment's hesitation. It's an investment for sure, but it's given us huge peace of mind and brought us so much more calm at home (a huge plus since I work from home, too!). Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Have you ever had something happen with a pup and you are completely lost on what to do? Well…read morethat's what happened with us and we are sooooo thankful for Mike at Anytime Dog Training!! Our 5 month old male pittie mix bit our son requiring a trip to the pediatrician and 2 fur parents who have dogs all their lives with no clue what to do with the pup. We didn't want to give him away, we contacted the rescue we got him from who said they'd probably put him down, so I started reaching out to trainers for help. The email I sent Anytime Dog Training probably made me sound like a crazy person just overreacting, but I was anxious and overwhelmed, and Mike reached out on the day they received the email (the day they were closed btw) to find out what was going on and were able to come over the next day for a consult. We felt immediately better after meeting Mike and his wife and knew we had picked the right place. We dropped our pup Loki off for a 3 week board and train for behavioral modification and knew he'd be ok. The facility was clean and well-maintained, nice and cool on one of the hottest days of the year so far. It's always scary leaving your baby for their first overnight stay away from home but Mike eased our nerves by sharing videos of Loki making new friends, putting in the training work, and how absolutely happy he was being there. Mike brought him to our home several times throughout the weeks for us to train with Loki as a family for us to see how far he'd come in his training, along with getting our son comfortable with Loki again. I mean Loki loves Mike, and you've gotta be a pretty good guy to gain the love and respect from a big head bully pup! We could not be anymore impressed with Mike's skill and expertise with training our stubborn Loki, and answering all the questions and the fears from his mama lol. Teaching Loki to be a better version of his self was worth every penny we spent for the care and professionalism he received.
