I have a wire-y haired mutt and a standard poodle, both always leave looking so amazing and with cuts that suit them! I always hand them over to Savanna and tell her to do whatever she sees fit -- she always knows what will look best and my dogs always come away feeling as great as they look. Take your fur babies here if you're looking for a groomer you can trust with your pets, one who will give them nothing short of loving attention, and one who will make them look and feel better than ever. I called on a Friday afternoon for information on getting my cat bathed. I was told to bring him in anytime before 10 am. The cat was fully vaccinated. I didn't have the records handy, but they could call our old vet and verify. I get there Monday am and am told they really don't do cat baths. I needed to have their records and paperwork filled out. They have to do the baths in the dog area and they can't do a simple shave of a small mat on the cats back as it is " grooming". The girl at the desk wasn't rude, but unhelpful. It was completely different information than I got via phone. Bizarre. Apparently, the staff needs training. I am new to the area and will be looking for a different vet. We have four animals that they just lost as patients. Time and a 20 mile round trip in gas wasted. Dissatisfied.

About a minute away from the location he had started to squirt blood out of his rear. Once inside the staff told me I had to wait until 1:00 PM (it was around 12:00 PM) when the vet returned from their lunch. They made no effort to try and call the vet, nor make sure my dog was comfortable. While waiting he had squirted more blood, resulting in a total of 5 times (quite a lot of blood). The only response I received from the woman at the front desk was, "Keep him in once place. Every time he moves and does that somewhere else we have to sanitize a new spot." There was no one else in at the time I was there, and she held no regard for my dog.

Due to health issues I asked my son to pick him up and they were charging us $195 after adding on over $100 in extras that were not requested. What is the point of the app if you plan to do whatever you want and charge arbitrarily for services not only not requested but not even listed! Then they were less than professional when questioned. I won't be bringing any of my dogs back.

I went with a step above what is considered a summer cut . In my opinion , it took off too much hair. I just know what to request on the next visit in 6 to 8 weeks. Maybe longer since the cut was shorter than what I envisioned it would be. Due to COVID 19, there are operating with curbside only. Prior to my visit here , I downloaded their app. Unfortunately, appts can't be scheduled on the app and payments aren't accepted either. Still trying to figure out the purpose of the app , but I'm sure it has it's benefits to some. I like that TDS offers a variety of services for pets and that they are conveniently located right off Hwy 11.
