We tried a few years ago to get an appointment there. But they were too busy grooming their own dogs to be bothered and they let me know it was a bother. I felt like I was in the midst of someone's sewing circle. I got an appointment there some months ago and it went OK. Not great but not bad and I felt they'd be ok. It was much better than the 1st experience there. They are conveniently located. I got my 2nd appointment 6 weeks ago. Today was the day and I got ready, got the dogs there right on time and then was told my appointment was cancelled. Nobody told me. I was shocked. The girl there said they had texted me and tried to call me. No text was received and I got no call. She didn't show me evidence of a text or a call. I called them an hr before the appointment today but no answer. The girl said that I hadn't paid my deposit so they cancelled me. I needed a reminder because the deposit isn't required at time of appointment; it should be and I'd have paid it up front. Most professional places like the vet, eye Drs., dentists and any place requiring an appointment will send friendly reminders just as a courtesy. There was no fixing this. My appointment was gone. I only have my Saturday available for personal things. I am 68 yrs old and I still work a 60 hr/week job. They are open every other Saturday. The girl asserted how I was given messages and got rude about it. I got real upset due to the lack of professional respect. I got loud about it out of sheer frustration. Then another lady came out and stated I was banned. I left and on the way out the 1st girl added that she had info'd me. What point was there in that? I wouldn't send anyone to them. There seems to be a tendency there to not really be concerned for the customer or their part in communication.

So when we got our dog home she hid under the furniture and acted totally different than normal. It took her a week to get back to normal. A week later when giving her a bathe we saw scabs where her skin in her arm pits and also her little nipples had scabs where the had been cut with clippers. We were very upset but waited until next groom and asked Madison to come outside and we told her about what happened . She apologized and said that girl she let go. We said ok only you from now on she said ok. She then groomed two of our dogs and did great and they acted normal. We called Tuesday and Wednesday and sent messages to get her to groom our dogs. She has notreturned any calls. So we went by incase there was phone issues. She said she would never groom our dogs again after what we did. What we did? We didn't sue! We didn't cause a scene! We didn't ask for a refund! We gave her another chance! We told her what a great job she did on our dogs! This is not professional behavior. We have no idea what her issue are but we are glad she took it out on us and not our little5 lb dog!

I have a wire-y haired mutt and a standard poodle, both always leave looking so amazing and with cuts that suit them! I always hand them over to Savanna and tell her to do whatever she sees fit -- she always knows what will look best and my dogs always come away feeling as great as they look.
