Everyday they wrote down notes on how the dogs were that day. They even texted us throughout the weekend to let us know everything was going well. We have a Maltese and a Great Dane to take care of, which are not the easiest dogs to handle in the world. Overall they get 6 stars out of 5. They exceeded our expectations and are overall just nice people. We will definitely being using them again! Thank you so much Lisa!

Even though my chihuahua is completely bipolar (His alter ego had been named "Frank" by Marianne and her crew) and can be the nicest sweetest little dude one minute and a total @$$ the next, he is still so very well taken care of, loved, and played with. I absolutely love Marianne and her staff! They are not only reliable, but they are trustworthy. I'm never home when she/they come by. In the warmer months they go for 30 minute walks, in the winter time, she stays inside and plays with them and lets them go potty in my backyard. When I go out of town, she will come by morning, noon, and night to let them out, feed and water them. She sometimes will fill my water dish if I didn't realize it was running low. She is so unbelievable with my pets, I really don't even know how to express it. She has such a strong love and devotion to animals... Sometimes I will take in foster dogs, and she will take just as wonderful care of them as well. She walks all of the dogs together, plays with them all together, and doesn't charge me extra. Santa is going to be good to her this year.

After leaving for our vacation Eve sent me a text everyday and a couple of adorable pictures! It assured me that my house and cat were safe. Butters enjoyed their company so much that when we came home Butters was even cuddlier than she was before Eve and Shiloh gave her their love and attention. He's gone from "attack on sight" when on his leash to being a pretty cool dude when joggers or walkers pass by us in our neighborhood. And so on. Some background: my dog has behavior issues. He is fear-aggressive and unpredictable, and can be very threatening/aggressive with people he doesn't know. I started working a 9 to 6 job, and needed to figure out something to get him some activity in the middle of the day. Ashleigh responded to my email inquiry immediately with options for a free consultation at my house to meet my dog. She is very easy to get ahold of, and flexible with scheduling. She came over, met Paisley, and was willing to work with him despite his growling at her and being distrustful. She spent 90 minutes with me, answering a ton of questions, explaining all kinds of things about dogs she has learned in her years of experience working with them, and familiarizing me with Puppin' Around's policies/procedures. She walked me through everything I would need to do to prepare Paisley for walks with her. She has put up with constant texts and calls from me, especially the first day she was going to my house to walk Paisley. Her fees are extremely affordable, especially considering the amount of time she puts into her clients. She has also been EXCELLENT with Paisley. She understands his nature and his behaviors, and I totally trust her with him. Get down with Puppin' Around!

Called this location to report it and they downplayed it and weren't bothered by it. I'm sure plenty of other dogs got it too as there were over 20 in the same playroom that day. We took our dog here for a meet and greet couple hour play time. Two days later we dropped her off for a full day. Sadly she got kennel cough. Only place should could have gotten it from as she had no other contact with dogs for weeks before. This location looked promising with the large indoor and outdoor play areas (multiple inside). But seeing how the staff reacts to things that occur is pretty bad. If a dog is deemed to be "acting up", they put it in a crate where it can look out at all the other dogs playing around it. Really bad for the dog's mental state. We also saw that when dogs have bathroom accidents indoors, it ends up right on the foam flooring and stays there for a little while until it's cleaned up. No wonder the place smelled like urine going in. Dogtopia seemed highly rated going in and the staff we talked to were very information and friendly, but our one and only experience with our dog in the daycare facilitity was all wrong. Luckily our poor pet recovered relatively quick for a younger dog having kennel cough but she was miserable for the first few days.
