AMAZING customer service!! I asked about skin medications for my dog and was directed to their store 'guru' she helped explain the factors that caused skin problems and helped me work out a plan to eliminate the problematic foods and grasses in sparkys environment! 2 months later he's the happiest and healthiest he's ever been and every time we visit the staff member recognises us and asks how he's progressing. Their store is massive so they stock everything we need. Most things are well priced and if I see anything cheaper elsewhere they're always happy to price match too. read more
