I called Watkins Brothers Transportation and spoke to Walt, the owner. I began telling him of what we needed and also let him him know that this retirement celebration was a surprise. Walt said he could accommodate our needs as well as making sure the secret was preserved. Walt confirmed everything the day before and assured me that the secret was safe. He arrived to the pick up location at the exact time agreed to and got them to the winery exactly as planned. Once our event was over, Walt took our guests home and notified me that they arrived and were dropped off safely. I never asked for that, but it was an extra step that was taken by Walt, which I truly appreciated. His attention to details, promptness, professionalism as well as his outgoing personality, made our celebration perfect. Before the event, they suggested that the Jet might be better for our social outing and we switched to it for no charge. Driver Sodo arrived on site 30 minutes early (no charge) to ensure we would leave in time. He helped me set up and briefed me on the features. The AppleTV and Internet access were fun, as we streamed YourTube the whole trip and shared photos from our iPhone. TVs on both ends of the van so you could see not matter which way you faced. We arrived on time to the event and had a great ride. We had some problems with the technology, including loss of audio and stuttering on the way back, but rather than stop to get it fixed we decided to talk instead. The tech works well but can have issues. If the tech matters, have a plan for support if it fails. I'm sure we could have had if fixed if we asked but we didn't bother.
