The arrangement was beautiful and just the type we had hoped for (the proprietor's husband asked for our preferences when we placed the order by phone.) But best of all, we thought the arrangement was spectacular! We are most impressed and appreciative of Concord Flower Shop. We would order from here in the future, without a doubt.

NO communication from Brasco's REGARDING my special instructions could not be met. Received a notice flowers were delivered. I waited and waited to receive confirmation from my Mom. Nothing, over 2 hours. I called the Nursing Home and guess what, the deliver guy did a drop and go. Did not request permission to hand deliver to the room. Did not inquire to deliver to the room. Verified from the receptionist, not once but twice. Called Brasco's and the person said, "I'll speak to the driver". That was his reply. Not even a sorry and let me reimburse you for the failure of direct delivery. How many years had my mother had a relationship with Brasco's Florist, too many to count. UNACCEPTABLE, I WILL ONLY TELL PEOPLE NOT TO ORDER FROM BRASCO FLORIST EVER AGAIN.

It contained a variety of different flowers in many colors - and there were no carnations (I feel that carnations make an arrangement look cheap). It was absolutely gorgeous. When I needed to order a floral spray for my husband's Celebration of Life, I called FJ Luxury Flowers. I asked for a large blue and white arrangement. The person on the phone was very kind and helpful. The arrangement that was delivered to the funeral home was not blue and white. It was mostly white with a little bit of purple. Though it wasn't what I'd asked for, it was still beautiful. I would absolutely use this florist again, and highly recommend them.

I have to say, they looked almost exactly like the photos, and were a perfect way to honor my dad.

At my brother's request he wanted a simple wake with minimal flowers but we wanted one for "Brother" and "Uncle". I explained I wanted something simple and more nature/natural than standard arrangements. My request was something I could look at and see same and/or similar flowers (think wildflowers) I would see on a walk. I also wanted it to be large enough without being gaudy and to make it something that would draw your eye to it and away from his simple pine box. Lucinda explained what she could offer and how it would be arranged and we talked about the pros and cons of keeping something like that fresh for the time we needed. I was not disappointed. The two arrangements were naturally colorful with an assortment of different types of flowers and displayed so beautifully. But what caused me to write this review is what happened at the cemetery. Almost immediately after they were put on the gravesite, bees began lilting on it, going from bud to bud. I felt that they were drawn to flowers that were not loaded up with chemicals to make them last longer and were obviously fresh enough that the bees found them tasty! it was a sight and more than a few people commented. I want to thank you for making the send off for my brother a little easier to bear knowing we did the best to make his burial as "green" as we could.

The first arrangement was Pop of Lavender which was gorgeous. The second arrangement that I sent was for Christmas and it was lovely and lasted for a full two weeks, and my family member received many compliments from visitors and the staff at McLean. The third arrangement was a designer's choice and this was very cheery and stunning. There are rules for patients at McLean and Isabella brought either a basket or a non-glass vase, that was acceptable for a patient at McLean. Isabella asked for the building location so that the arrangements would be delivered same day since McLean has such a large campus. Isabella, thank you so much for a putting a smile on my sister-in-law's face and making her feel special! I highly recommend Belmont Flower Shop.
