His way of training dogs is with treats, this is fine if your dog goes for treats. There is no benefit if your dog will not work for treats. You pay for a 6 week course and your informed after the 3rd week, that he is away for a week, pick up your "homework", so it is really a 5 week course. It is my opinion that David Swartwood should not be allowed around people or dogs until he gets his anger issues figured out and is able to control himself. Plus, there was no bathroom to use at this facility, no running water for dog, and you are put in a large dome with no air movement. It is extremely hot for your dog and for people. I do not suggest training in this place.

Fortunately, we discovered Groomintales and better yet, were able to get in quickly. When we arrived, the owner and her assistant were finishing up a nail clipping on a cute little pug who clearly did not have nail clipping anywhere on his list of fun things to do! We were immediately impressed with how carefully and skillfully both ladies worked to keep the pup at ease and to finish up the task. When it came time for our George Harrison, we described what we were looking for and then left our scruffy Velcro Dog, as we often refer to him - everything sticks to him - to complete our errands. When we returned hours later, we were dazzled by the sight of our new dog! Gone were the long, unkempt tangles and curls and in its place was a perfectly groomed handsome Doodle. We had left a couple of specific trimming instructions which were followed to a "T". We couldn't have been more pleased. The pricing was very reasonable which left us plenty of room for a tip, which was well earned. We will be returning again and again!

We've taken our dog to this location a few times for bath and Grooming and each time are not…read moresatisfied with our service. For a $100 service you receive mediocre treatment. The groomer who takes care of our dog prefers to give a detailed report on our dog's personality, behavior, referring to her age and other unimportant details. We always notice our dog has not received the service that we paid for. The haircut is always choppy, uneven or longer than we had requested. This last visit (yesterday) only one ear was cleaned and the other ear was not cleaned at all. It would be great if she could focus more on doing the service we requested and pay for as opposed to analyzing our pet's personality and character.
