Now, my dog has never been aggressive towards anyone. She is a rescue dog, and what her old home was like, we could tell she wasn't in a good environment. So we have been training her to not jump on people. That's the only bad thing she does. The last time I picked her up I was told she jumped on her but not attacked. I did tell the girl they had my permission to push her down and tell her no because she does like to jump on people. She gets excited. I am just so upset this is just now being told to me. No communication!

I have called the owner in the past for her to make it more legible for her customers to not call me and all she said was "I've had this number for years and its clearly a 3 on the window." Obviously it isn't clearly a 3 because if it was I wouldn't get phone calls from their customers thinking my phone number was the groomers phone number. Fix the number on your window or I will pretend I am you and start scheduling appointments that don't exist for every customer that calls my phone

Pet owners trust facilities like this to provide attentive care, and that includes basic supervision and ensuring enclosures are secure. It's heartbreaking to lose a pet under such preventable circumstances. I hope management takes steps to improve their procedures so no other families have to experience this kind of loss

Bring cash or coins (cards cannot be excepted by their machines). It's $5 for 7 minutes of anything you want to use- shampoo, conditioner, water, vacuum, etc. I brought our own shampoo because some of the reviews said the shampoo is sub-par, but I personally cannot speak to its quality. The machine sits waist high (so no bending over!!) and even has a leash attachment to keep your doggo from running away which was super helpful cause our dog HATES baths. All around great experience and especially helpful for apartment dwellers who don't want to wash their dog in their bathtub!

So I called the number listed on Google to check their service schedule (because google shows a daily schedule, but their website says 24/7, and you don't want to drive there from one town to another and find it closed). The person who answers the phone says, "I only speak normal English." I shouldn't have to continue with the conversation, but then I continue to try to know what their schedule is, so I can plan the best time to go. So I ask again... he continues interrupting me. Finally, he says, why do you call me? If you can't come, wash your dog at home; you don't need an appointment; the place is open 24/7. I don't want to support this type of business where they can't have a regular and respectful conversation with a client, no matter what language or if the person has an accent. Note to the owner: if you don't like to receive calls. Make sure google list the proper schedule for your business and the complete information on whether the clients need appointments or not. You can also delete your number from the listing so people won't call and you won't be bothered. And yes, I prefer to wash my dog at home, thank you!

All the great reviews brought us to Bed N' Biskit. Our experience was less then we expected and…read morewe're thankful Tami is a animal person, because she's not a people person. Everything started out great, but when we went to pick up our fur babies we saw a different side of Tami. We mistakenly showed up 30 minutes before the pick up window, our bad. We had just returned from vacation and had the pick up window wrong. When we arrived there was a couple adults and children in the office. So we assumed they were open. We waited outside to be acknowledged and after a few minutes of the people inside looking at us but not answering the door, my son knocked on the door. Tami answered and jumped our ass immediately with "we're having a family birthday, we open at 4:00". We were pretty turned off by the lack of people skills. We thought the window to pick up was 2-4, it was 4-6. Had she politely told us it would have been no big deal. We ended up sitting in the truck for about 30 minutes. When 4pm approached they opened the door and waived us in. She knew she had a talking to coming because they had both our pets in hand ready to run us out the door. My wife and son worked to get the animals loaded. I handed her a credit card and she snapped at me again. "We don't take credit cards, only cash or check". (I'm sure they report income to the IRS). So Tami let us take the animals and pay later, but not without another smartass jab. Tami with her excellent (sarcasm) people skills said "your welcome" as they ushered my wife out the door. We decided to put a end to the drama and went to the nearest atm and got cash. When we returned my wife and I handed her the cash and confronted her about the lack of customer service skills. My wife and are were blown away by how she treated us. Makes you wonder how she treated our animals. I've never been treated like this by a business owner in my life. We felt an obligation to speak up. We also contacted our veterinarian that referred us. They agreed it was very unprofessional and said they would no longer recommend this business. It's funny, after two weeks no apology, no call, nothing. We were hoping for an apology but it's never happened. We didn't want to leave this review but after two weeks, we felt we've given her time to reach out to us. Use this place at your own risk, we'll look else where on our next trip.
