Really love & appreciate this place! It's clean, easy to use, and is in fact open 24/7. It's like using a car wash but for your dog! Bring cash or coins (cards cannot be excepted by their machines). It's $5 for 7 minutes of anything you want to use- shampoo, conditioner, water, vacuum, etc. I brought our own shampoo because some of the reviews said the shampoo is sub-par, but I personally cannot speak to its quality. The machine sits waist high (so no bending over!!) and even has a leash attachment to keep your doggo from running away which was super helpful cause our dog HATES baths. Whoever answers the phone in this place is completely rude. I have an accent... my English is not perfect, but I can definitely communicate and understand a conversation. So I called the number listed on Google to check their service schedule (because google shows a daily schedule, but their website says 24/7, and you don't want to drive there from one town to another and find it closed). The person who answers the phone says, "I only speak normal English." I shouldn't have to continue with the conversation, but then I continue to try to know what their schedule is, so I can plan the best time to go. So I ask again... he continues interrupting me. Finally, he says, why do you call me? If you can't come, wash your dog at home; you don't need an appointment; the place is open 24/7. I don't want to support this type of business where they can't have a regular and respectful conversation with a client, no matter what language or if the person has an accent. Note to the owner: if you don't like to receive calls. Make sure google list the proper schedule for your business and the complete information on whether the clients need appointments or not. We've used this in the past and been pleased, but something has seriously changed. We used the wash station on the left side and spent about $40 because we couldn't rinse all of the soap from the dog's fur. The water pressure was low and we thought that was the problem. But it just seemed to stay soapy no matter how much we rinsed. We finally gave up and finished rinsing the dog at home with a water hose. It only took about 5 minutes. We finally decided that the rinse cycle at the dog wash must have still been putting out soap. We won't go back even though we used to be regular customers. read more

Its always dirty and smells. The last time I went the vacuum was broken and barely any shampoo came out. If I would have known I would have brought my own. Many other options didn't work. This place is AWESOME!!! First of all, it's open 24/7 and machine operated. It works just like a self car wash! Bring cash or coins to operate :). It is $5 for the first 7 minutes of use, and you can add time with $1 for extra minutes. In total we used $8 for a warm rinse, shampoo, conditioner, and a blow dry that worked so well. They provide shampoo, conditioner, flea/tick treatment, and deodorizer (they call it skunk wash). You can buy towels there or being your own, but the blow dry works fabulously. I would say it works way better than toweling off my doggy! I can't say enough great things about this place. They even have a coin operated treat dispenser! It didn't seem like there was any soap coming out, I had to use my own, which isn't a big deal but would have been easier not to have to take my soaked dog outside to get it. Other than that, it went fine. My dog just doesn't like the blow dryer. read more

I went to bath 2 of my dogs yesterday and the room on the west side was terrible. Water all over the floor. I can understand it being wet, but this was really bad. The tube wasn't draining and kept filling up the tub, and the water to bath them was cold. The last several times I've been, the water has been cold. I don't know if you can find a way to make sure the water is at least warm or not. The blow drying option is also cold. Also, I put additional money in the machine for a little more time and it took the money, but didn't give me extra time. I tried to send them an email about this and it never would go through.
