Don't take your dogs here, I took my dog at 7:30 am right when they open to be the first one to get service and they didn't have my dog until 1:30 pm. The reason they gave me after picking him up is that I have to pay more than what I paid, for them to take my dog right away. I show a picture of the style I want it for my dog and they told me it was not possible, when his fur was not in bad conditions, I told them to do the possible to save his fur and they didn't even tried to save my dogs fur they shaved it all, and I had to help them cause they left his hair ugly. The lady who did my dogs fur she didn't even try to put at-least a cute bandanna on my dog she made a crappy piece of ribbons that was shocking my dog, I made her to take it off, 1 paid $87.00 which is overpriced for them to do a terrible job on my dog. read more

Had an Appointment at 12 but my dog was still not done till 5 far to long , our animals have to eat and drink to they shouldn't go that long without food or water or in a cage , if you can't get the dog in at out within a hour and a half then you shouldn't be taking appointments! read more

Awesome service. The last groomer I took my goldendoodle to had to give him sedatives and they did horrible job. So I was a little nervous about taking him to another groomer. But I was ecstatic when I picked him up he looked great and they told me he didn't give them any trouble. I definitely recommend and will be taking him here for grooming from now on. read more

This place is absolutely terrible. I took my $5,000 Pomeranian in for just a TRIM and the lady got rid of basically all of my dogs' hair. I specifically asked for a puppy cut not to much off just to make her look clean ... I have been using Melinda's grooming for about a year now. The prices are reasonable. The service I have always found to be friendly. My poodle tends to jerk when being groomed but she has never been nicked while there unlike some other places. I understand why they require you to specifically tell them you want your dogs tail groomed but I still find it annoying. Prices are reasonable and they're open on Saturday which is a huge bonus for me. read more

Sadly, what was once the best, is now the worst. I hate to say it, but, it's true. I had my dog groomed by an amateur. Called, spoke to the owner and was assured she had ten years experience. Impossible. Impossible. I took him back, still a shotty job. And the manager, close to as pathetic as possible. I will just do it myself from now on. At least it'll save me $75. read more

First day chopped up the hair didn't call to let me know they were unable to cut the puppy's hair they just left him in the cage for over 8 hours took him back they said they would fix the hair cut then Charged extra because it took multiple people to "hold down" a shih zhu puppy....and they didn't even trim the nails. You should not have to worry about the life of your dog when you take a young healthy animal to the groomer.

Moved out here a year ago and their summer cuts were perfect. My shih tzu's coat looked luscious and at the perfect short length. We went ahead and added another shih tzu to our family and he also got a perfect summer cut. However, the last few visits have been horrible. My dogs arent cut exquisitely like they were use to. Now they just get COMPLETELY SHAVED which is awful for these breeds with coats that are so intensely looked after. Last week we tried one last time and our dogs were completely shaved again and are in so much discomfort. My female looks like shes uncomfortable sitting, laying down, and just in general. Constant itching from the pups and just bitterness from a dog owner who treats their dogs like family. Please avoid these people if you care for your dogs coats. read more

I've been using this groomers for about six months now for my two shih tzus and I have always been pleased with them. My babies come back looking great with cute bows and bandanas and it never takes them more than a few hours to get both of them done. I will definitely keep using them! read more

I've used them for a while now and they've always done a great job! My Yorkie is squirming but he always looks great. I do take him in monthly and keep him short, but I'm always happy with the job. Anytime I've seen any tiny issues they've always fixed it for free. I recommend them to everyone I know who has a dog and all the people I've recommended to them have always been happy! This business is just taking in as many dogs as they can get them loosing track of them and what special instructions was left for each dog yes some dogs have been left there for a many hours and were never groomed when they Had an appointment! I know this as a fact as it happened to a friend of mine little dog! Groomers are good but the staff taking in the dogs needs to be fired! read more

Well I am unable to rate lower than a 1 star. Took little Yorkie, Sophia, in for bath and trim around the eyes and when picked up, she was shaven. Called and complained and Cecilia with pink stripes in her hair said the owner, Melinda said to shave her. $48 on top of that. I would not recomend taking your "babies" here as they apparently are not capable of taking instructions. What a mess! Never again. read more

Very satisfied overall, I have a Lhasa Apso that has been to both petsmart and Melinda's grooming. They take good care of dogs and the ladies seem nice. Way better and more affordable than petsmart. read more
