I show a picture of the style I want it for my dog and they told me it was not possible, when his fur was not in bad conditions, I told them to do the possible to save his fur and they didn't even tried to save my dogs fur they shaved it all, and I had to help them cause they left his hair ugly. The lady who did my dogs fur she didn't even try to put at-least a cute bandanna on my dog she made a crappy piece of ribbons that was shocking my dog, I made her to take it off, 1 paid $87.00 which is overpriced for them to do a terrible job on my dog.

It's $5 for 7 minutes of anything you want to use- shampoo, conditioner, water, vacuum, etc. I brought our own shampoo because some of the reviews said the shampoo is sub-par, but I personally cannot speak to its quality. The machine sits waist high (so no bending over!!) and even has a leash attachment to keep your doggo from running away which was super helpful cause our dog HATES baths. All around great experience and especially helpful for apartment dwellers who don't want to wash their dog in their bathtub!

So I called the number listed on Google to check their service schedule (because google shows a daily schedule, but their website says 24/7, and you don't want to drive there from one town to another and find it closed). The person who answers the phone says, "I only speak normal English." I shouldn't have to continue with the conversation, but then I continue to try to know what their schedule is, so I can plan the best time to go. So I ask again... he continues interrupting me. Finally, he says, why do you call me? If you can't come, wash your dog at home; you don't need an appointment; the place is open 24/7. I don't want to support this type of business where they can't have a regular and respectful conversation with a client, no matter what language or if the person has an accent. Note to the owner: if you don't like to receive calls. Make sure google list the proper schedule for your business and the complete information on whether the clients need appointments or not. You can also delete your number from the listing so people won't call and you won't be bothered. And yes, I prefer to wash my dog at home, thank you!
