They have enabled us to have vacations even when our cats have had long term illnesses and need(ed) medication and/or multiple visits per day. We currently have a 15 year old cat with thyroid disease and he's incredibly picky and skiddish. Gwen and Amy never balk or question my page-long list of instructions on what he is currently eating (or not eating) and what special combination of foods and treats are required. They bring in the mail, take out the trash to the curb and back, change up the lights so it looks like someone is home and water plants when needed. They always leave a detailed list of their visits and what they've observed. I know we have the Pet Sit Girls team to rely on and they are flexible if I need to come home early or extend my time away. Thank you Pet Sit Girls Team!!! I have been using this service with Yvette Gayle for 5 years. My friend came by during the week…read morewhile I was out of town and Yvette was supposed to be feeding my cat. He had no food or water and had tried to tear open his food bag. Yvette said it was a scheduling error and she would make up for it by coming extra days. I used her for so long I assumed it was a mistake and she was telling the truth. So the next time I went out of town, I thought about it and just to make sure since this is my cat's welfare, I checked up on her. I left sunday. I called my alarm company saturday. Nobody had been to my house. My cat didn't have enough food and water to last that long. I had to ask friends to go by the rest of the time I was out of town to check on my cat even though I was paying for Yvette to do that service. Unfortunately I couldn't trust that she would come over. And it says on the website she is supposed to stay 30 minutes. She was at my house for 7 minutes after not coming by for almost a week. So I also checked back on the previous time I was out of town when she claimed it was a scheduling error. She sent me an email telling me specific days she was going by my house to make up for the scheduling error and according to my alarm log history, she still skipped out. I was sick to think how often my cat was hungry or thirsty because I go out of town often and relied on her to take care of them.

Took their food and bowls but was told they provided bowls, so they gave me back my personal bowls. Wen I returned to picked them up and brought them home, both dogs started coughing. I contacted Frogs to Dogs to inform them of the situation and was told someone would get back to me. Unfortunately, I have not received a phone call, text, or email addressing my concerns. I understand that kennel cough can sometimes occur even in vaccinated dogs and in boarding environments, but I am disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-up after reporting what happened.
