Upgrading my previous review. Spoke with Manager and he listened carefully to my issues. He now has laminated flyers explaining all the services and the rates. With special services highlighted. We loved this store! Specially the grooming lady. She was amazing and patient with me as a first time puppy mom and also with our new puppy. She explained everything, was gentle and sweet with our puppy and he came out looking like a stud, all clean and smelling great! We will keep bringing him! Friday was the worst experience I have ever had with a dog groomer! First because my dogs hair was longer he said it was matted (which it wasn't) and he shaved my dog way too close, leaving 4 really red patches for n his legs. I had to work this grooming into my work schedule so I went to pick him up after 4 hours and he wasn't close to being done.because he was also grooming another poodle. In 4 hours he did not cut his nails or anything and he looks ridiculous! I am furious - I sure won't go back to this place and I recommend that you do the same. If I could sue them for doing this to my dog I would!!! read more

This is my FAVORITE store for pet food! Clean, friendly, convenient, and the best deals around for the brand we buy our pup! We got great deals this time and the last time we were here the staff let me exchange a bag of food that made my pup sick (he couldn't handle the protein percentage) and I didn't pay a cent for the new bag! They also have the cleanest bathrooms of any pet store I've been to. 5 STARS for this business and location in particular!! read more

I have a snake. They are obviously not common, typical pets. But trust me they are great pets!! My only issue is finding rodents. My snake refuses to eat frozen and thawed rats/mice. He is a snob. Lol Pet Smart and other big chains refuse to sell rodents. They will only sell dead frozen ones. I used to have to drive all the way to Jacksonville near the Avenues for rodents and then Pet supplies plus opened up. They don't sell rats (which makes me sad! Please get some rats lol) but they do sell feeder mice. They're small, but they get the job done! I go once a week, sometimes twice, and get my mouse. I also get all my cat food there (it's so much cheaper than publix and Winn Dixie) and I get my dog treats! He loves the duck feet and chicken feet (I know, that's so gross lol) and the homemade treats that look like cannolis. I've even brought my dog there for a bath. Which is so nice! My only suggestion is to have different lengths of the leash that tethers them to the wall available. I have a large pit bull and he was so close to the wall, he didn't like it at all. I'm so happy we have a pet store nearby that will sell rodents! read more

I'm writing this because one of the staff members is a true hero (Kaylee, I hope i spelled that right). I was driving to Jupiter from CT and while my dog was in her car seat she managed to tangle the restraint attached to her collar. It was down pouring and I had to pull over because she was crying but I thought she just was being antsy (I couldn't see that she tangled herself). I pull into this store thinking I could let her walk around and buy a few new toys for her and discover the situation. She wouldn't let me untangle her, was screaming/crying loudly and bit my hand in the process. I was worried she was choking herself and cutting off circulation. My mom ran in and asked for help. Kaylee came out with a pair of scissors in the rain and immediately went to help us; fearless. She was able to cut the restraint while I distracted my dog and then my dog was free and calmed down. I am so grateful to this woman as I was on the verge of hysterics because of how my dog was. Thank you Kaylee for being such an amazing, kind person! You saved Tulsi and are such a hero and true animal lover for coming to the rescue! If this place has her as an employee then they must really care to hire really great people! read more

Great variety, helpful staff who know their inventory, but not pushy! A rare find. We make periodic repeat visits anytime they have a good sale, since we typically buy hundreds of dollars worth to save money, trips, and in light of product shelf life. As Seniors, we appreciate their willingness to load it all for us. A good place to shop, pet and people friendly. Prices are in keeping with product quality and availability, plus they have some good sale deals... give them a try, we did and it is now pretty much our primary place to ensure our furry children are healthy and nutritionally whole. read more
